Location

The family-friendly holiday hotel is located directly on the long, sandy beach (partially slightly pebbly at the high tide line) of Incekum. The village of Avsallar with its various shopping and entertainment facilities is just a short walk away. Alanya is approx. 23 km away; public minibus connections are available along the coastal road.
The hotel is also bookable with Gazipasa Airport (GZP) as the destination airport, the distance is 67 km.

This holiday accommodation, popular with many returning guests, offers 200 rooms spread across three to four floors. The diverse amenities include a reception area and lobby bar with comfortable seating, a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, from 26th May three à la carte restaurants (Italian restaurant and grill restaurant for a fee, fish restaurant included once for stays of at least four nights (with reservation), other bars, and a mini-market (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The beautifully landscaped garden features a freshwater swimming pool facing the sea (heated/cooled seasonally and weather-dependently from 26th May), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, a pool/snackbar, and a spacious lawn. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are free of charge for our guests here and at the beach section with its own beach bar.

Double Room Sea View

Decorated in light colours, the rooms consist of one space and are equipped with a shower/WC, minibar, hairdryer, split air conditioning, LED TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea setup, a double bed or two single beds, and an armchair. They face the sea and have a balcony (DY2). Also available for single use (DY1).

Superior Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these also include a bathrobe and have a sea view with a balcony (DMU).

Superior Swim Up

With similar amenities to the superior rooms, these feature direct access to the communal pool (MBS).

Family Room (AYT820)

The family rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually controlled), mini-fridge, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace with sea view.

Super Saver Room (AYT820)

The saver rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually controlled), mini-fridge, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace facing the sea, but may be in a less desirable location.
