Location

The family-friendly holiday hotel is located directly on the long, sandy beach (partially slightly pebbly at the tide line) of Incekum. The resort of Avsallar with its various shopping and entertainment facilities is just a short walk away. Alanya is approx. 23 km away, public minibus connections are available on the coastal road.
The hotel can also be booked with the destination airport Gazipasa (GZP), the distance is 67 km.

The holiday accommodation, popular with many regular guests, offers 200 rooms on three to four floors. Facilities include a reception area and lobby bar with comfortable seating, a buffet restaurant with a terrace area, from Sun'26 three à la carte restaurants (Italian restaurant and grill restaurant for a fee, fish restaurant included once with a minimum stay of four nights (reservation required), other bars and a minimarket (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in public areas. The beautifully landscaped garden features a freshwater swimming pool facing the sea (can be heated/cooled depending on season and weather from Sun'26), a separate children's pool, sun terrace, pool/snackbar, and a spacious lawn. Here and at the beach section with its own beach bar, loungers, bath towels, and sunshades are free of charge for our guests.

Double room sea view

The rooms, decorated in light colors, consist of one room and are equipped with a shower/WC, minibar, hairdryer, split air conditioning, LED TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea setup, a double bed or two single beds, and an armchair. They are sea-facing with a balcony (DY2). Optionally also bookable for single occupancy (DY1).

Superior Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these also feature a bathrobe and have a sea view and a balcony (DMU).

Superior Swim Up

With similar amenities to the superior rooms, these also have direct access to the communal pool (MBS).

Family Room (AYT820)

The family rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individual), mini-fridge, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace with sea view.

Super Saver Room (AYT820)

The saver rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individual), mini-fridge, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace with sea view, but may be in a less preferred location.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser's breakfast, various snacks and coffee/tea and cakes during the day.
