Location

The family-friendly holiday hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach (partially slightly pebbly at the waterline) of Incekum. A short walk away is the village of Avsallar, with various shopping and entertainment options. Alanya is approx. 23 km away; public minibus connections are available on the coastal road.
The hotel can also be booked with the destination airport Gazipasa (GZP), the distance is 67 km.

This holiday destination, popular with many regular guests, offers 200 rooms spread over three to four floors. Various amenities include the reception area and lobby bar with comfortable seating, the buffet restaurant with a terrace area, and from Summer '26 three à la carte restaurants (Italian restaurant and grill restaurant for a fee, fish restaurant included once for a minimum stay of four nights (with reservation)), as well as further bars and a mini-market (for a fee). Wi-Fi is included in the public areas. In the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a freshwater swimming pool located towards the sea (heatable/coolable depending on the season and weather from Summer '26), a separate children's pool, the sun terrace, a pool/snack bar, and a spacious lawn. Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols are provided free of charge for our guests here and at the beach section with its own beach bar.

Accommodation

Double Room Sea Side

Decorated in bright colors, these rooms consist of one room and are equipped with a shower/WC, minibar, hairdryer, split air conditioning, LED TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea setup, one double bed or two single beds, as well as an armchair, and are located on the sea side with a balcony or terrace (at the hotelier's discretion) (DY2). Also available for single occupancy (DY1).

Double Room Superior

With similar features to the double rooms, these additionally feature a bathrobe and have a sea view as well as a balcony (DMU).

Superior Swim Up (bookable from 7 years)

Featuring similar amenities to the superior rooms, these have direct access to the communal pool (MBS). Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 7 years for children when booking these room types.

Family Room (AYT820)

The family rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace with sea view.

Super Saver Room (AYT820)

The saver rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), mini-fridge, tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace towards the sea, but may be located in a less preferred position.
