The imposing holiday complex is located directly on the wide sandy/pebble beach (slightly pebbly at the tide line) of Özdere. You can reach this small town with shopping facilities in about 3 km. The distance to the famous ancient city of Ephesus is about 25 km and to Kusadasi about 35 km. Public minibus and taxi connections are available near the hotel.

The resort hotel with a total area of approx. 50,000 m² consists of a main building with seven floors and a total of 470 rooms. Facilities for guests include an elegant reception hall with a reception area, lobby bar, comfortable seating and lifts. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The hotel also offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (free once per stay for stays of 7 days or more), several bars, an Irish pub, the patisserie, a discotheque and, for a fee, conference rooms, shops and a hairdresser. The extensive garden area features two large freshwater swimming pools with gazebos (for a fee), another freshwater pool with four water slides (for a fee, hourly), and a separate children's pool with three water slides (for a fee, hourly), as well as the sun terrace and pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, mattresses, parasols and beach towels are available free of charge here and on the hotel's own beach section with beach bar and jetty. Pavilions with sun loungers and mattresses are available for a fee in the private beach section.

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, direct dial telephone, minibar, coffee/tea setup, safe, LCD satellite TV (82''), Wi-Fi, air conditioning (centrally controlled, weather-dependent), laminate flooring and a balcony facing the land side. A sofa bed is available for the third person (D). Sea view or side sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM/DMS). Double rooms can be booked as single rooms for single occupancy (DE/DEM/DES).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and have a restricted view (SSZ).

Suite Type A

With otherwise identical facilities to the double rooms, these suites consist of two bedrooms with a connecting door, land view, and two TVs and minibars (Sum 25: 2SA//Sum 26: SA).

Royal Double Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they offer an additional living room separated by a connecting door without a sofa bed, a second LCD TV, and two bathrooms/WC (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). The rooms have a sea view (RZ2).

Lagoon Double Room

With similar amenities to the Royal Deluxe rooms, these rooms have two bedrooms (one with a French bed, one with two single beds) and a living room. They feature two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). The rooms have a sea view (LD2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Buffet-style breakfast (with fresh orange juice), lunch, and dinner, with a diet section. Various snacks available throughout the day at several stations, coffee/tea, pastries, and ice cream at the patisserie, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as several imported drinks, are served 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar will be replenished daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer.
