The impressive holiday resort is located directly on the broad sandy/pebble beach (slightly pebbly at the waterline) of Özdere. This small town with shopping facilities can be reached after approx. 3 km. The distance to the famous ancient city of Ephesus is approx. 25 km and to Kusadasi about 35 km. Public minibus and taxi connections are available near the hotel.

The resort hotel, with a total area of approx. 50,000 m², consists of a seven-story main building with a total of 470 rooms. Various guest amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, lobby bar, cozy seating areas, and elevators. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel offers a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (free of charge once per stay from 7 days), several bars, an Irish Pub, a patisserie, a disco, and—for a fee—conference rooms, shops, and a hairdresser.
