Location

The hotel is situated on a hillside with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. The hotel's outdoor areas and the beach area are accessible via paths and stairs. The beach consists of sand and pebbles. Numerous entertainment and shopping opportunities are located in the immediate vicinity. Kusadasi is approx. 5 km away and Izmir Airport is approx. 75 km away.

The hotel has 465 rooms spread across several buildings on the hillside. Facilities include a lobby with a reception and lobby bar, a main restaurant with a terrace, and several à-la-carte restaurants (for stays of 5 nights or more, one visit to an à-la-carte restaurant is included, subject to prior reservation and availability; further visits are possible for a fee). In addition, the hotel offers several bars, an indoor pool with an integrated children's area, and a spa area. Various shops, conference rooms, and a hair salon are also available (each for a fee). Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas, in the rooms, and in the beach bar area. Outdoors, there are several swimming pools as well as two separate aquapark areas: a large aquapark with a total of seven water slides and a separate aquapark for children and younger kids. Additionally, a main pool, a seawater pool, and a relaxation pool for adults are available. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included at the pool areas and on the beach, subject to availability.

Double Room

The modern rooms (approx. 25 m²) feature one double or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), satellite TV, safe, minibar, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, parquet flooring, and balcony, as well as side sea view (DMS). DZ=Single room for sole use (DES). Under ADBA03 also bookable with side sea view (DMS/DES).

Superior Room

With similar equipment to the double rooms, but larger (approx. 45 m²) (D2S). Under ADBA03 also bookable with sea view (DMU).

Family Room

With similar equipment to the double rooms, these rooms consist of two double rooms with a connecting door and have land or garden view (DF2). (Under ADBA03 also bookable for occupancy with 2 adults + 3 children (4KA)).

Double Room Deluxe (Summer 2026)

Similar in design to the Type A double rooms, approx. 35 m² in size, with carpeted flooring and a bathtub with a whirlpool in the bathroom (DD2). Under ADBA03 also bookable with sea view (DDM).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. Late riser breakfast, various snacks and pastries during the day, as well as a selection of dishes such as sandwiches, pasta, and soup from midnight to 5 am. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as selected imported drinks are included at the bars that are currently open. Various cocktails are also included in the Ultra All Inclusive concept. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks. Wearing the Ultra All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Premium drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and energy drinks. Some special cocktails and other premium drinks may also be available for a fee.
