The hotel is located directly on the private sandy beach of Kusadasi. Many entertainment and shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. Kusadasi is approx. 5 km away and Izmir Airport is approx. 75 km away.

The hotel has 465 rooms spread across U-shaped buildings with seven floors. Amenities include a lobby with a lobby bar, reception, a main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (one meal with reservation included per 5 nights stay and subject to availability, further visits at a charge) and several bars, an indoor pool with an integrated children's pool, a well-equipped spa. Various shops, several conference rooms and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is free in the lobby. The outdoor area includes a main pool, children's pool with three water slides, an aqua pool for adults with seven slides, as well as a seawater pool and a quiet pool for adults. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and on the beach.

Double Room

The modern rooms (approx. 25 sqm) have a double bed or two single beds, shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (central), satellite TV, safe, minibar, kettle and coffee/tea setup, parquet flooring and balcony, as well as side sea view (D/DMS). Double room for single use (DE/DES). With ADBA03, also bookable with side sea view (DMS/DES).

Superior Room

With similar amenities as the double rooms, but larger (approx. 45 sqm) (DSU/DAS/from Summer 2026: D2S). With ADBA03, also bookable with sea view (DMU).

Family Room

With similar amenities as the double rooms, these rooms consist of two double rooms with a connecting door and have land or garden view (DF2). (With ADBA03, also bookable for 2 adults + 3 children (4KA)).

Double Room Type A (Summer 2025)

The rooms, approx. 30-33 sqm, have similar amenities to the double rooms but feature a double bed and a whirlpool bath (DA/DEA).

Deluxe Double Room

Similar amenities to Double Room Type A, approx. 35 sqm and with carpeted floors as well as a bathtub with a whirlpool in the bathroom (DD2). With ADBA03, also bookable with sea view (DDM).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. Late riser breakfast, various snacks and pastries throughout the day, and night soup (12 AM - 5 AM). Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages as well as some imported drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks. Wearing the Ultra All-Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
