The spacious resort for exciting holiday days is located in Kusadasi-Pamucak directly on a swimming bay with a wide, gently sloping sandy beach and a jetty. The center of Kusadasi with numerous entertainment options is about 10 km away. Good public minibus connections are available.

The holiday hotel consists of a main building with a total of 489 rooms. Further facilities of the resort include the elegant lobby with reception and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (once a week with a minimum stay of 7 days with reservation and subject to availability included) and several bars. There is also a shopping arcade with various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is free in many areas and in the rooms, a conference room, game center and internet café (for a fee). The hotel has a modern wellness area. In the extensive garden area, guests can find a stage for evening entertainment, a pool landscape with three swimming pools, one of which is a relaxation pool for adults only, an integrated and a separate children's pool with water slides, an indoor pool with water slide and integrated children's pool, as well as various sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas and beach towels are included by the pool and at the beach bar. Admission to the hotel's own Aquapark (23.4.-31.10., between 23.4.-30.4. Aquapark and Lazy River alternately open), which is located directly next to the complex and is one of the largest in Turkey with several pools, a total of 31 water slides, a wave pool and 300 m "Lazy River", is included (food and drinks for a fee).

Double Room

The modernly furnished rooms have a double and a single bed, sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar (one-time filling of the minibar with soft drinks on arrival day and afterwards upon request for a surcharge, kettle for coffee and tea preparation, safe, direct dial telephone, tiled floor and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Super Saver Room

Are identical to the double rooms and equipped with a double bed (SOZ).
From Summer 2023 bookable with balcony under ADBA08 (SSZ).

Double Room Adults Only

These rooms, available only for adults (18 years and older), also have the same amenities and location as the double rooms (SAO).
(additionally bookable under ADBA08 as Super Saver Room Type B (SZB).)

Superior Room

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they are slightly more spacious (approx. 35m²), have a double bed, a Josephine, and a sofa, and with shower/WC (DSU).

Family Room

With otherwise identical features to the double rooms, they are more spacious and have a sliding door or visual separation between the two sleeping areas. A double bed and two single beds are available (DF2).

Family Suite

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, they consist of two bedrooms with a double and two single beds and a connecting door. The rooms are located in the annex building (SF2/So'26 2FS).

Superior Family Suite

With similar amenities to the family rooms, they are slightly more spacious (approx. 47m²), have one bedroom and another room with a connecting door, and are located in the main building and have two bathrooms and three TVs (2FF).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, snacks at various stations during the day, ice cream hour and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, 2x Coca-Cola, 2x mineral water, 1x Fanta and 2 small waters are provided free of charge in the minibar, which is refilled daily with water and soft drinks.
Wearing an All-Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
