Location

This spacious resort for an eventful holiday is located in Kusadasi-Pamucak, directly on a bay with a wide, gently sloping sandy beach and a bathing pier. It is approximately 10 km to the center of Kusadasi, which offers numerous entertainment options. Good public minibus connections are available.

The holiday hotel consists of a main building with a total of 489 rooms. Further facilities of the resort include an elegant lobby with reception and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (included once per week with a minimum stay of 7 days, subject to reservation and availability), and several bars. There is also a shopping arcade with various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is available in many areas and in the rooms free of charge; a conference room and game center are also available (for a fee). The hotel features a modern wellness area. In the extensive garden, guests have access to a stage for evening entertainment, a pool landscape with three swimming pools—one of which is a relax pool exclusively for adults—an integrated and a separate children's pool with water slides, an indoor pool with water slide and integrated children's pool (heated and open in April and October), as well as various sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach with beach bar. Admission to the hotel's own aquapark, which is located directly next to the resort and is considered one of the largest in Turkey with several pools, a total of 31 water slides, a wave pool, and a 300 m "Lazy River," is included (food and drinks for a fee).

The modern rooms are equipped with one double bed and one single bed, sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar (daily replenishment of the minibar with soft drinks), electric kettle for coffee and tea making, safe, direct-dial telephone, tiled floor, and balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE).

Identical to the double rooms and equipped with one double bed (SOZ).
Can be booked with a balcony under ADBA08 (SSZ).

Double room Adults Only

These rooms, available only for adults (18+ years), feature the same equipment and location as the double rooms (SAO).

Superior room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and feature a sliding door or visual partition between the two sleeping areas. One double bed and two single beds are provided (DF2).

Family suite

Consist of two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds and a connecting door, while otherwise featuring the same equipment as the double rooms. The rooms are located in the annex building (2FS).

Are identical to the double rooms, do not have a balcony, and are equipped with one double bed (IDO).

Similar to the family rooms, these are somewhat more spacious (approx. 55 m²), have one bedroom and another room with a connecting door, are located in the main building, and feature two bathrooms and three TVs (2FF).

Double room Superior Adults only (Summer 2027)

While featuring similar equipment to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious (approx. 35m²) and have one double bed, a daybed/chaise lounge and a sofa, with shower/WC (DSI).

Family room Adults only (Summer 2027)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and feature a sliding door or visual partition between the two sleeping areas. One double bed and two single beds are provided (2FA).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, late-riser breakfast, snacks during the day at various stations, ice cream hour, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars 24 hours a day. Upon arrival, 2x Coca-Cola, 2x mineral water, 1x Fanta, and 2 small waters are provided free of charge in the minibar; it is restocked daily with water and soft drinks.
Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.

The swimming pool in the water park as well as the pool in the area of the three slides will be heated during this period.
