Location

The spacious holiday resort for an eventful vacation is located in Kusadasi-Pamucak directly on a bay with a wide, gently sloping sandy beach and a bathing jetty. It is approx. 10 km to the center of Kusadasi, which offers numerous entertainment options. Good public minibus connections are available.

The holiday hotel consists of a main building with a total of 489 rooms. Further facilities of the resort include an elegant reception hall with a reception and lobby bar, as well as a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (included once per week with a minimum stay of 7 days, subject to reservation and availability), and several bars. There is also a shopping arcade with various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is available in many areas and in the rooms free of charge; a conference room, game center, and internet café are available (for a fee). The hotel features a modern wellness area. The expansive garden area offers guests a stage for evening entertainment, a pool landscape with three swimming pools (one of which is a relax pool for adults only), an integrated and a separate children's pool with water slides, an indoor pool with a water slide and integrated children's pool, as well as various sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included at the pool and the beach with a beach bar. Entry to the hotel's own water park (23.4.-31.10., between 23.4.-30.4. water park and lazy river open alternately), which is located directly next to the resort and is considered one of the largest in Turkey with multiple pools, a total of 31 water slides, a wave pool, and a 300 m "Lazy River", is included (food and drinks for a fee).

Double room

The modern furnished rooms feature one double bed and one single bed, a sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar (one-time minibar filling with soft drinks on the day of arrival and then upon request for an extra charge), electric kettle for coffee and tea making, safe, direct-dial telephone, tiled floor, and a balcony (D). DR=SR for single use (DE).

Super saver room

Identical to the double rooms and equipped with a double bed (SOZ).
From Summer 2023, bookable with a balcony under ADBA08 (SSZ).

Double room Adults Only

These rooms, available only for adults (18 years and older), also feature the same equipment and location as the double rooms (SAO).
(additionally bookable under ADBA08 as Super saver room type B (SZB).)

Superior room

With similar features to the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious (approx. 35m²), feature a double bed, a 'Josephine' (daybed), a sofa, and a shower/WC (DSU).

Family room

With otherwise same features as the double rooms, these are more spacious and have a sliding door or visual partition between the two sleeping areas. One double bed and two single beds are available (DF2).

Family suite

With otherwise also the same features as the double rooms, these consist of two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds and a connecting door. The rooms are located in the annex building (SF2/So'26 2FS).

Superior family suite

Similar features to the family rooms, but slightly more spacious (approx. 47m²), with one bedroom and another room with a connecting door; located in the main building, they feature two bathrooms and three TVs (2FF).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late-riser breakfast, snacks at various stations throughout the day, ice cream hour, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Upon arrival, 2x Coca-Cola, 2x mineral water, 1x Fanta, and 2 small bottles of water are available in the minibar for free; it is refilled daily with water and soft drinks.
Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.
