Location

The well-known holiday complex is separated from its private beach section with a gently sloping sandy beach only by a road. This can be easily reached via an underpass after approx. 200 m. The center of the lively resort of Kusadasi is about 4 km away. Regular minibus connections are available on the main road. Izmir International Airport is approx. 70 km away.

Facilities

The extensive holiday accommodation is located in beautiful gardens and consists of several one- to two-storey units with a total of 451 rooms. The various hotel facilities include the lobby with reception and inviting seating, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants with five different menus (one is open from 2.5.-14.10. and the other from 16.5.-30.9., included once with a minimum stay of 7 nights) and a Gözleme tent (6 days a week, 16.5.-30.9.). Various shops, a hairdresser (both for a fee). There is also a discotheque (25.5 to 30.9). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the spacious, well-kept gardens, in addition to the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there are three freshwater swimming pools (one with five water slides, operating at certain hours), two separate children's pools, one with a children's slide, a pool/snackbar, sunbathing lawns and sun terraces. Here, as well as on the beach (with beach bar, soft drinks and beer), loungers, sunshades and beach towels are available to our guests free of charge.

Double room garden side

They are located in the single-storey units and have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, two single beds, satellite TV with music channel, telephone, minibar, safe for rent, air conditioning (individually adjustable), tiled floor and terrace (GZ2). DZ=EZ for single use (GZ1).

Double room

They are equipped similarly to the garden-side double rooms, are located in the two-storey units further away from the pools and entertainment, are somewhat more spacious with shower/toilet, tiled or carpeted floor, a double and a single bed or a double bed and have a balcony (D).

Double room Superior

They are equipped similarly to the garden-side double rooms, are located in the two-storey units, are somewhat more spacious with shower/toilet, tiled or carpeted floor, a double and a single bed and a balcony (DSU).

Family room

With otherwise identical equipment to the garden-side double rooms, they have a separate bedroom with a connecting door, are located in the two-storey units, have a bathroom with shower/toilet, tiled or carpeted floor and a balcony (DF2).

All Inclusive

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet-style, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks from the hotel's concept, are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks outside the concept, bottled and canned drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, service charge in the à la carte restaurants.

Sports Included

One hard tennis court during the day with own equipment, table tennis, basketball, archery, aerobics, boccia and darts, as well as a fitness corner. Beach volleyball on the beach.
