Location

The well-known holiday complex is separated from its private beach section with a gently sloping sandy beach only by a road. The beach is accessible via an underpass, it is public with its own hotel section, approx. 200 m long. The center of the lively resort of Kusadasi is about 4 km away. Regular minibus connections are available on the main road. Izmir International Airport is approx. 70 km away.

Facilities

The extensive holiday retreat is situated in a beautiful garden and consists of several one- and two-story units with a total of 451 rooms. The various hotel facilities include the reception hall with a welcoming seating area, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants with five different menus (one is open from May 2nd to Oct 14th and the other from May 16th to Sep 30th, included once with a minimum stay of 7 nights) and a Gözleme tent (6 days a week, May 16th-Sep 30th). Various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee). There is also a disco (May 25th to Sep 30th). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the spacious, well-maintained garden area, in addition to the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there are three freshwater swimming pools (one with five water slides, operated at certain hours), two separate children's pools, one with a children's slide, pool/snackbar, sunbathing lawns, and sun terraces. Here, as well as on the beach (with beach bar, soft drinks and beer), sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available to our guests free of charge.

Accommodation

Double Room Garden Side

Located in the single-story units, they feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, satellite TV with music channel, telephone, minibar, rental safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), tiled floor, and terrace (GZ2). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (GZ1).

Double Room

These rooms are equipped similarly to the Double Rooms Garden Side, located in the two-story units further away from the pools and entertainment, are slightly more spacious with a shower/WC, tiled or carpeted floor, one double bed and one single bed, and have a balcony (D).

Double Room Superior

These rooms are equipped similarly to the Double Rooms Garden Side, located in the two-story units, are slightly more spacious with a shower/WC, tiled or carpeted floor, one double bed and one single bed, and a balcony (DSU).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms Garden Side, these rooms feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, are located in the two-story units, have a bathroom with shower/WC, tiled or carpeted floor, and a balcony (DF2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, late riser's breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks included in the hotel's concept, are available at the respective open bars 24 hours a day. The minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported drinks outside the concept, bottled and canned beverages, fresh orange juice, service charge in the à la carte restaurants.
