Location

The well-known holiday complex is separated from its private beach section with a gently sloping sandy beach only by a street. This can be easily reached via an underpass after about 200 m. The center of the lively resort of Kusadasi is about 4 km away. Regular minibus connections are available on the main road. Izmir International Airport is approximately 70 km away.

Facilities

The extensive holiday resort is set in beautiful gardens and consists of several one- to two-storey residential units with a total of 451 rooms. The various hotel facilities include a reception hall with reception and inviting seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants with five different menus (one is open from 2.5.-14.10. and the other from 16.5.-30.9., included once with a minimum stay of 7 nights), and a Gözleme tent (open 6 days a week, 16.5.-30.9.). Various shops, a hairdresser (each for a fee). There is also a disco (May 25th to September 30th). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the spacious, well-maintained garden area, besides the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there are three freshwater swimming pools (one with five water slides, operating at certain hours), two separate children's pools, one with a children's slide, a pool/snack bar, sunbathing lawns, and sun terraces. Here, as well as on the beach (with beach bar, soft drinks, and beer), sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available to our guests free of charge.

Accommodation

Double Room Garden View

Located in the single-story residential units, they feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds, satellite TV with music channel, telephone, minibar, safe (rental fee), individually adjustable air conditioning, tiled floor, and a terrace (GZ2). Double room for single use (GZ1).

Double Room

These rooms are equipped similarly to the Double Rooms Garden View, located in the two-story residential units further away from the pools and entertainment, are slightly more spacious with a shower/WC, tiled or carpeted floor, one double and one single bed or a double bed, and have a balcony (D).

Superior Double Room

These rooms are equipped similarly to the Double Rooms Garden View, located in the two-story residential units, are slightly more spacious with a shower/WC, tiled or carpeted floor, one double and one single bed, and have a balcony (DSU).

Family Room

With otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms Garden View, these rooms feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door, are located in the two-story residential units, have a bathroom with shower/WC, tiled or carpeted floor, and a balcony (DF2).

Ultra All Inclusive

Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages included in the hotel's concept, are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is replenished daily with soft drinks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Not included in Ultra All Inclusive

Imported beverages outside the concept, bottled and canned drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, service charge in à la carte restaurants.
