This comfortable hotel is located directly on a gently sloping, fine sandy beach, approx. 12 km from the center of Kusadasi, with various shopping and entertainment venues. Public minibus connections are available.

The sprawling hotel complex, which belongs to the well-known Richmond chain, consists of a six-story main building (elevators available) and several one- to two-story villas with a total of 264 rooms. Various hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (May 1st–Oct. 15th), various bars, a satellite TV room, and a beautiful indoor pool (open seasonally). A conference room, shops, and a hairdresser are available for an extra charge. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex. In the well-kept garden area, alongside the amphitheater for evening shows, you will find an open-air disco (drinks after midnight for a fee), a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool (Apr. 1st–Oct. 13th), a relax pool, and a slide pool with three water slides (open hourly), a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, sunshades, and pool towels (with a towel card) are available for our guests to use free of charge in the pool area and on the beach.

Double room

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main building and feature a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV with a music channel, direct-dial telephone, minibar, rental safe, air conditioning, and a balcony (D). Double room = single room for sole occupancy (DE). Rooms with a sea view (only in the main building) can be booked for an extra charge (DM).

Double/Club room

Located in the garden area and having similar amenities to the double rooms (CD).

Family room

With similar amenities and location to the double rooms in the villas, the family rooms offer an additional living/bedroom with a bunk bed and a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late-riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, Turkish coffee, coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon, as well as midnight soup. With a reservation and subject to availability, you can dine in one of the à-la-carte restaurants. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the bars that are open from 10:00 AM to midnight. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed juices, imported drinks, bottled drinks, and wine.

Sports included

Two hard-court tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, mini-soccer, basketball, table tennis, mini-golf, darts, bocce, archery, aerobics, water aerobics, beach volleyball, and a fitness room. In addition, pedal boats and canoes are offered at the beach at certain times (with prior reservation).
