Location

The comfortable hotel is located directly on the gently sloping, fine sandy beach, about 12 km from the center of Kusadasi with various shopping and entertainment facilities. Public minibus connections are available.

The extensive hotel complex, which belongs to the well-known Richmond chain, consists of a six-story main building (elevators available) and several one- to two-story villas with a total of 264 rooms. The various hotel facilities include the elegant reception hall with a reception and cozy seating areas, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (May 1st - Oct 15th), several bars, a satellite TV room, and the beautiful indoor pool (open seasonally). Conference rooms, shops, and a hairdresser can be used for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the well-kept gardens, in addition to the amphitheater for evening shows, there is an open-air disco (drinks charged from midnight), the large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool (April 1st - Oct 13th), a relaxation pool and a slide pool with three water slides (hourly), a sun terrace, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, mattresses, sun umbrellas, and beach towels (with towel card) are available free of charge for our guests in the pool area and on the beach.

Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main building and have a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV with music channel, direct dial telephone, minibar, safe (rental), air conditioning, and balcony (D). Double rooms for single use (DE). Rooms with sea view (only in the main building) can be booked for an extra charge (DM).

Double/Club Room

Located in the garden area and have similar amenities to the double rooms (CD).

Family Room

The family rooms, with similar amenities and location to the double rooms in the villas, offer an additional living/sleeping area with bunk beds and a connecting door (DF2).

All Inclusive

All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late riser breakfast, various snacks during the day, Turkish coffee, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and midnight soup. With a reservation and subject to availability, you can dine in one of the à la carte restaurants. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10 am to midnight. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and water. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Freshly squeezed juices, imported drinks, bottled drinks, and wine.

Sports Included

Two hard tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, mini football, basketball, table tennis, mini golf, darts, boccia, archery, aerobics, water aerobics, beach volleyball, and fitness room. Additionally, pedal boats and canoes are offered at the beach at certain times (with prior reservation).
