Location

The appealing resort hotel is located in a beautiful bay, directly on the steeply sloping coarse sand/pebble beach; a bathing platform makes it easier to enter the sea. The center of Kusadasi with many shopping and entertainment facilities is approx. 5 km away; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The appealing holiday complex was built on a total area of 421,000 m², with a total of 655 rooms spread across a main building with nine floors and several terraced row bungalows. The many amenities include the elegant reception hall with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and Sunset Bar (Wi-Fi in the lobby included), the main restaurant with a large terrace, à la carte restaurants with various cuisines (fish all season, Italian from May 15th-Oct 1st, and Chinese from June 1st-Oct 1st, all by reservation and subject to availability), other bars, the chic shopping arcade, the disco, and conference rooms, as well as the wellness area with the modern indoor pool (heated from March 11th-May 31st and Oct 1st-Dec 31st). In the well-kept gardens, in addition to the amphitheater for evening entertainment, you will find a swimming pool complex on different levels with sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, further bars, the main pool, separate children's pools, another pool, and the fun Aquapark (May 1st - Oct 31st) with five exciting water slides (hourly). There is also a dedicated kids' area (May 1st – Oct 31st) with a children's pool, two water slides, and a playground. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are included around the pools and at the beach bar.

Double Room

The rooms located in the main building are attractively furnished and offer a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), carpet flooring, and a balcony facing the land side. Sea view can be booked at an additional charge. Double room for single use.

Double Room Superior

With all other features the same as the double rooms in the main building, these are larger and have a sea view.

Club Room

Located in the row bungalows in the garden area and accessible via several steps. With simpler furnishings than the double rooms, they offer a shower/WC and tiled floor, as well as a separate sleeping area divided by a door and a terrace with a garden view.

Club Family Room

Similar furnishings and size to the Club Rooms, but with two bathrooms and a side sea view. (Also bookable under ADBA01 as Family Room (DF2).)

Meals

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser's breakfast, various snacks at different stations during the day, ice cream hour in the afternoon (from May 1st-Oct 1st), as well as coffee/tea and cake, and a midnight snack. You can also dine once a week in one of the à la carte restaurants with a reservation and subject to availability. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is replenished daily with cola and still water. With a low number of guests, meals will be served as a menu.

Some imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, all drinks in the disco, and all bottled drinks, room service (only in the main building), activities in the Game Hall, telephone and fax charges, as well as laundry service, babysitting on request.

Sports Included

(subject to availability): Tennis during the day on two hard courts, tennis equipment rental, table tennis, multi-purpose court for basketball and mini football, fitness room. Aerobics, water aerobics, and pedal boats and canoes at the beach, as well as surfing for experienced surfers with a license.

Sports for a Fee

Billiards, floodlights for the tennis courts, and various water sports at the beach offered by third-party providers (seasonal).

Children's Program

Multilingual mini club for children aged 4-7 during the day, Maxi Club for 8-12 year olds, and Teen Club for 13-17 year olds, kids' area with slide, pool, and playground, as well as separate children's pools and high chairs in the restaurant.
