Location

This appealing resort hotel is situated in a beautiful bay, directly on a coarse sand/shingle beach with a steep drop-off; a swimming platform makes it easier to enter the sea. The center of Kusadasi, with its many shopping and entertainment options, is approx. 5 km away; public minibus services and taxis are available.

The attractive holiday resort was built on a total area of 421,000 m². A total of 655 rooms are distributed between a main building with nine floors and several terraced row bungalows. The many amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and a sunset bar (Wi-Fi included in the lobby), the main restaurant with a large terrace, à la carte restaurants with various cuisines (fish available throughout the season, as well as Italian from 15.5.–1.10. and Chinese from 1.6.–1.10., each subject to reservation and availability), further bars, a chic shopping arcade, a nightclub, conference rooms, and a spa area with a modern indoor pool (heated 11.3.–31.5. and 1.10.–31.12.). In the well-maintained garden, in addition to an amphitheater for evening entertainment, you will find a swimming pool landscape on various levels with sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, further bars, a main pool, separate children's pools, an additional pool, an aquapark (1.5.–31.10.) promising fun with five cool water slides (open at specific hours), and a dedicated kids' area (1.5.–31.10.) with a children's pool, two water slides, and a playground. Around the pools and at the beach, where there is a beach bar, sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included.

Double Room

The rooms located in the main building are attractively furnished and feature a bathroom/toilet, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, at specific hours), carpeted floors, and a balcony facing the land side. Sea view can be booked for an extra charge. Double room = single room.

Superior Double Room

With the same features as the double rooms in the main building, but larger and with a sea view.

Club Room

These are located in the row bungalows in the garden area and are accessible via several steps. Featuring simpler decor than the double rooms, they offer a shower/toilet, tiled floors, an additional bedroom separated by a door, and a terrace with a garden view.

Club Family Room

Similar features and size to the club rooms, but with two bathrooms and a partial sea view.
(Additionally bookable under ADBA01 as a family room (DF2).)

Meals

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet; late-riser breakfast; various snacks at different stations during the day; afternoon ice cream hour (from 1.5.–1.10.); coffee/tea and pastries; and a midnight snack. In addition, you can dine once per week in one of the à la carte restaurants upon reservation and subject to availability. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is refilled daily with cola and still water. If the number of guests is low, meals will be served as a set menu.
