Location

The attractive resort hotel is located in a beautiful bay, directly on the steep sloping coarse sand/gravel beach; a bathing platform makes entering the sea easier. The center of Kusadasi with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities is approx. 5 km away, public minibuses and taxis are available.

The attractive holiday complex was built on a total area of 421,000 m². A total of 655 rooms are spread across a main building with nine floors and several terraced row bungalows. Among the many amenities are the elegant reception hall with a reception, elevators, inviting seating areas and Sunset Bar (Wi-Fi in the lobby included), the main restaurant with a large terrace, à la carte restaurants with various cuisines (fish all season and Italian from May 15th - Oct 1st and Chinese from June 1st - Oct 1st, each with reservation and subject to availability), other bars, the chic shopping arcade, the disco and conference rooms, as well as the wellness area with the modern indoor pool (heated Nov 3rd - May 31st and Oct 1st - Dec 31st). In the well-maintained garden, in addition to the amphitheater for evening entertainment, you will find a swimming pool landscape on different levels with sun terraces, pool/snackbar, further bars, main pool, separate children's pools, another pool, the fun-promising water park (May 1st - Oct 31st) with five cool water slides (hourly) and a dedicated kids' area (May 1st - Oct 31st) with a children's pool, two water slides and a playground. Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades and bath towels are included around the pools and at the beach bar.

Double Room

The rooms, located in the main building, are attractively furnished and offer a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, hourly), carpeted floor and a balcony facing the land side. Sea view can be booked for an additional charge. Double room = Single room.

Double Room Superior

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms in the main building, larger and with sea view.

Club Room

They are located in the row bungalows in the garden area and are accessible via several steps. With simpler amenities than the double rooms, they offer a shower/WC and tiled floor, as well as a separate sleeping area divided by a door and a terrace with a garden view.

Club Family Room

Similar amenities and size to the club rooms, but with two bathrooms and a side sea view. (Also bookable under ADBA01 as a family room (DF2).)

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks at different stations throughout the day, afternoon ice cream hour (from May 1st - Oct 1st) as well as coffee/tea and cake, and midnight snack. You can also dine once a week in one of the à la carte restaurants by reservation and subject to availability. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar will be replenished daily with cola and still water. In case of low occupancy, meals will be served as a menu.

Some imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, all drinks in the disco and all bottled drinks, room service (only in the main building), activities in the game hall, telephone and fax charges, laundry service, babysitting on request.

Sports Included

(subject to availability): Tennis during the day on two hard courts, tennis equipment rental, table tennis, multi-purpose court for basketball and mini football, fitness room. Aerobics, water aerobics, and at the beach, pedal boats and canoes, as well as windsurfing for experienced surfers with a license.

Sports for a Fee

Billiards, floodlights for the tennis courts, and various water sports at the beach independently of the hotel through third-party providers (seasonal).

Children's Program
