The appealing resort hotel is situated in a beautiful bay, directly on the steeply sloping coarse sand/pebble beach; a bathing platform facilitates entry into the sea. The center of Kusadasi with many shopping and entertainment options is located approx. 5 km away; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

This appealing holiday residence was built on a total area of 421,000 m². A total of 655 rooms are spread across a nine-story main building and several terraced rows of bungalows. The many amenities include an elegant lobby with reception, elevators, inviting seating areas, and a Sunset Bar (Wi-Fi in the lobby is included), the main restaurant with a large terrace, à la carte restaurants with various cuisines (fish available throughout the season, as well as Italian from 15.5.-1.10 and Chinese from 1.6.-1.10., each with reservation and subject to availability), additional bars, a chic shopping arcade, a disco, and conference rooms, as well as the wellness area with a modern indoor pool (heated 11.3.-31.5. and 1.10.-31.12.). In the well-maintained garden area, you will find an amphitheater for evening entertainment as well as a swimming pool landscape on various levels with sun terraces, a pool/snack bar, further bars, a main pool, separate children's pools, an additional pool, the fun-filled aquapark (1.5. - 31.10.) with five cool water slides (open during set hours), and a dedicated kids' area (1.5. – 31.10.) with a children's pool, two water slides, and a playground. Sun loungers, cushions, sunshades, and beach towels are included around the pools and at the beach with its beach bar.

Accommodation

Double room

Located in the main building, these rooms are attractively furnished and feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV with music channel, minibar, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled, during set hours), carpeted flooring, and a balcony facing the landside. Sea view can be booked for an additional charge. Double room = Single room.

Double room Superior

With otherwise identical facilities to the double rooms in the main building, these are larger and offer a sea view.

Club room

These are located in the row bungalows within the garden area and are accessible via several steps. With simpler furnishings than the double rooms, they feature a shower/WC and tiled flooring, as well as an additional sleeping room separated by a door and a terrace with a garden view.

Club family room

Similar facilities and size to the club rooms but with two bathrooms and side sea view. (Additionally bookable under ADBA01 as a family room (DF2).)

Meals

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, late riser breakfast, various snacks at different stations during the day, afternoon ice cream hour (from 1.5.-1.10.) as well as coffee/tea and pastries, and a midnight snack. In addition, you can dine once per week in one of the à la carte restaurants, subject to reservation and availability. Various local and some imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar is refilled daily with cola and still water. If the number of guests is low, meals are served in menu form.

Some imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, all drinks in the disco, and all drinks in bottles, room service (only in the main building), activities in the game hall, telephone and fax charges, as well as laundry service, babysitting on request.

Sports included

(Subject to availability): Tennis during the day on two hard courts, tennis equipment rental, table tennis, multi-purpose court for basketball and mini-football, fitness room. Aerobics, water gymnastics, and pedal boats and canoes at the beach, as well as surfing for experienced guests with a license.

Sports for a fee

Billiards, floodlights for the tennis courts, and various water sports at the beach offered by external providers independently of the hotel (seasonal).

Children's program

Children and a clown sit at an outdoor table, part of a hotel or vacation activity.
Multilingual miniclub during the day for children aged 4-7, Maxi Club for 8-12 year-olds, and Teen Club for 13-17 year-olds, kids' area with slide, pool, and playground, as well as separate children's pools and high chairs in the restaurant.

Wellness

Sauna, steam room, and Turkish bath are included; massages and other treatments in the wellness area are available for a fee.
