The hotel is located in the center of Didim and features private beach access with two bathing jetties and a beach bar, ensuring you can spend wonderful days at the beach and want for nothing.
Numerous shopping and entertainment venues, as well as restaurants and bars, can be reached in approximately 7 km.
Bodrum Airport is approximately 86 km away, and Izmir Airport is approximately 148 km away.

The hotel has a total of 454 rooms distributed across two five- and seven-story buildings with elevators, as well as several bungalows. Facilities include a lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. A buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with a minimum stay of five nights, subject to prior reservation and availability), several bars, and conference rooms are among the amenities offered by the hotel. A hairdresser and several shops are also available, each for an additional fee. Wi-Fi is included in rooms and public areas. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool and a separate children's pool (main pool is heatable, at the hotelier's discretion), another pool with seven waterslides for adults, and a children's pool with five waterslides. A relax pool, as well as sun terraces with a snack/pool bar, ensure pure relaxation.
Sun loungers with integrated pads, parasols, and beach towels are included at the pool and the beach with its beach bar.

Double Room Type A (Summer 2025)

Located in the villa area, these rooms are approximately 28-32 m² and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), safe, minibar, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, slippers, as well as laminated ceramic flooring, sofa bed, and a balcony or terrace (DA).
DR=SR for single occupancy (DEA).
For Summer ’26:
Available in limited numbers at certain times with more favorable conditions as DR=SR with land view (DIE).
Available for families with children at more favorable conditions and specific times in limited numbers with land view (DB). Sea view is bookable (DMA).
Rooms with sea view on the top floor are bookable (UPS).

Double Room

Located in the main building, these rooms offer the same facilities as the village standard rooms with either one double bed or two single beds at the hotelier's discretion (D).
Sea view can be added for an extra charge (DM). DR=SR for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Large Double Room Type A (Summer 25)

With similar facilities and location as the village standard rooms, these are slightly more spacious (approx. 32-35 m²) and feature a bunk bed for children (Summer 25 GDB).

Family Room Type A

With similar facilities to the Double Room Type A, these rooms feature an additional bedroom with two single beds and a connecting door (2FA).

Suite Type A

These approx. 45 m² rooms offer similar facilities to the village standard rooms, with the addition of a second bedroom with two single beds and a connecting door (SA).

These correspond to the Double Rooms Type A and are located in the villa area (CD/CDE).

Double Room Pool Side

Located in the villa area, these rooms are approx. 28-32 m² and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), safe, minibar, electric kettle and coffee/tea setup, direct-dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, slippers, as well as laminated ceramic flooring, sofa bed, and balcony or terrace; they are pool-facing (DP).
