The hotel is located in the center of Didim and has private beach access with two piers and a beach bar, so you can spend wonderful beach days there and miss nothing.
Numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities, as well as restaurants and bars, can be reached after approx. 7 km.
Bodrum Airport is approx. 86 km away, Izmir Airport approx. 148 km.

The hotel has a total of 454 rooms, spread across two five- and seven-story buildings with elevators and several bungalows. Facilities include a reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating, and a lobby bar. A buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with a minimum stay of five nights, with prior reservation and subject to availability at one of the restaurants), various bars, and conference rooms are among the amenities the hotel offers. A hairdresser and several shops are also available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included in the rooms and public areas. The outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool and a separate children's pool (main pool can be heated, at the discretion of the hotelier), another pool with seven water slides for adults, and a children's pool with five water slides. A relaxation pool, as well as sun terraces with a snack/pool bar, ensure pure relaxation.
Sun loungers with integrated cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach with a beach bar.

Double Room Type A (Summer 2025)

The rooms located in the villa area are approx. 28-32 sqm and have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), safe, minibar, kettle and coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, slippers, laminated ceramic flooring, sofa bed, and balcony or terrace (DA).
Double room = single room for single occupancy (DEA).
For Summer '26:
Available in limited numbers, at certain times with more favorable conditions than double room = single room with land view (DIE).
Available for families with children at more favorable conditions and certain times in limited numbers with land view (DB). Sea view can be booked (DMA).
Rooms with sea view on the top floor can be booked (UPS).

Double Room

The rooms located in the main building offer a double bed or two single beds at the discretion of the hotelier with the same amenities as the Village Standard rooms (D).
Sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DM). Double room = single room for single occupancy (DE/DEM).

Large Double Room Type A (Summer 25)

With similar amenities and location as the Village Standard rooms, slightly more spacious (approx. 32-35 sqm) and equipped with a bunk bed for children (Summer 25 GDB).

Family Room Type A

With similar amenities to the Double Rooms Type A, these rooms have an additional bedroom with two single beds and a connecting door (2FA).

Suite Type A

These approx. 45 sqm rooms offer, in addition to similar amenities as the Village Standard rooms, a second bedroom with two single beds and a connecting door (SA).

These correspond to the Double Rooms Type A and are located in the villa area (CD/CDE).

Double Room Poolside

The rooms located in the villa area are approx. 28-32 sqm and have a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), safe, minibar, kettle and coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, slippers, laminated ceramic flooring, sofa bed, and balcony or terrace and are located on the pool side (DP). Double room = single room for single occupancy (PDE).

All Inclusive

Colorful assorted desserts displayed on trays in a bakery or hotel buffet.

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner, and night snacks in buffet form. Snacks during the day, coffee/tea and cake in the afternoon, ice cream.
Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open.
