The hotel is located directly on the beach of the Blue Flag resort of İçmeler, approx. 7 km from Marmaris center and approx. 110 km from Dalaman Airport. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Your holiday accommodation comprises a total of 269 rooms in a five-story main building set amidst large, exotic landscaped gardens covering an area of 9,500 m². Among the resort's many amenities are a spacious reception area with a reception desk, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, lifts, main restaurant with terrace area, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay, further visits for a service charge), several bars, and snack stations. Conference rooms, elegant shops, a hairdresser, internet café, and spa area (all for a fee) with a heated indoor pool, spa pool, and separate children's pool are also available. Wi-Fi is free in communal areas and in the rooms. In the lovingly designed garden complex, you will find sun terraces in summer, a spacious freshwater pool landscape with a separate children's pool and pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, parasols, and beach towels are available here and on the hotel's private beach section free of charge.

Double Room

The rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, LED satellite TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, tea/coffee setup, central air conditioning, safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Rooms with side sea view can be booked for an extra charge (DMS).

Economy Double Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with land view (SSZ).

Suite

The suites are slightly more spacious with tiled floors and, in addition to the same amenities as the double rooms, feature a bedroom with a king-size bed and two sofa beds and a balcony, and a living room with a balcony, individual air conditioning, and side sea view (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Snacks, ice cream, waffles, gözleme at specified times, and patisserie are available during the day. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as cocktails made with local spirits, are included 24 hours a day at the bars that are open. Your minibar is restocked daily with water, mineral water, soft drinks, milk, beer, and snacks. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
