The hotel is located directly on the beach of the resort İçmeler with a Blue Flag, approx. 7 km from Marmaris center and approx. 110 km from Dalaman airport. Public minibus connections and taxis are available in front of the hotel.

Your holiday home offers a total of 269 rooms in a five-story main building set amidst extensive landscaped gardens covering an area of 9,500 m². The resort's numerous amenities include a spacious reception area with a reception desk, inviting seating areas and lobby bar, elevators, main restaurant with terrace seating, two à la carte restaurants (one visit included per stay, further visits for a service fee), several bars, and snack stations. Conference rooms, elegant shops, a hairdresser, an internet cafe, and a spa area (all at a charge) with a heated indoor pool, spa pool, and a separate children's pool. Wi-Fi is free in communal areas and rooms. In the lovingly designed garden area, you will find sun terraces in summer, a generously sized freshwater pool landscape with a separate children's pool and pool bar. Sun loungers, mattresses, sunshades, and bath towels are available free of charge here and on the hotel's private beach section.

Double room

The rooms are tastefully and modernly furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, LED satellite TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning (central), safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony with land view (D). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DE). Rooms with side sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with land view (SSZ).

Suite

The suites are slightly more spacious with tiled floors and, in addition to the amenities of the double rooms, feature a bedroom with a king-size bed and two sofa beds and a balcony, and a living room with a balcony, individual air conditioning, and a side sea view (S2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet style, snacks, ice cream, waffles, gözleme at certain times, and pastries throughout the day. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as cocktails with local spirits, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar will be stocked daily with water, mineral water, soft drinks, milk, beer, and snacks. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
