The hotel is located directly on the sand/pebble beach. The center of Bodrum with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants and bars is about 10 km away. The airport is about 23 km away.

The hotel has a total of 420 rooms. Facilities include a reception hall with a lobby bar and comfortable seating. There is a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with a minimum stay of five days, with prior reservation and subject to availability), several bars, an indoor pool (heated depending on season and weather), a hairdresser, conference rooms, and several shops (all available for a fee). The outdoor area features two freshwater swimming pools, one with a separate children's pool and pool/snackbar. There is another pool with water slides and a relaxation pool, as well as sun terraces. Sun loungers with integrated cushions, parasols, and bath towels are included by the pool and at the beach with a beach bar.

The rooms located in the club area have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled and weather-dependent), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, ceramic flooring, and a balcony or terrace (CD). Double Room Sea View

The rooms located in the main building offer the same amenities as the double rooms type B with carpet and have a sea view and a balcony or terrace (DM). Double room for single use (DEM). For Summer '26, a limited number are available at specific times and more favorable conditions (DMA). Top floor rooms are available in limited numbers for Summer '26 at specific times and more favorable conditions (UPS).

Double Room Type B

These are comfortable rooms in the village area with similar amenities to the club double rooms, featuring marble floors and an additional sofa bed, as well as a balcony or terrace (DB). Double room for single use (DBE/So26 DEB). For Summer 26, a limited number are available at specific times and more favorable conditions for single use (DEC).

Double Room Type A

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and are located in the village area in limited numbers for families with 2 children (DA).

Deluxe Family (Summer 25)

These spacious rooms are located in the villa area and are approximately 65 sq m. They offer similar amenities to the double rooms and include a kitchenette, bathrobe, and a balcony with seating, with a maximum capacity for 3+1 people and sea view (SDM).

Deluxe Family Suite (Summer 25)

With a similar location and amenities to the Deluxe Family rooms, these are slightly more spacious (approx. 85 sq m) and feature 2 rooms, each with its own shower/WC, accommodating a maximum of 4+2 people and garden view (LY2). Rooms with sea view are available at an additional charge (FDM). From Summer 25 onwards, only available as sea view rooms (FDM).

Superior Double Room (Summer 2026)

These rooms have similar amenities to the standard double rooms, but can be located in the club, villa, or main building areas. Guests in this room category enjoy special privileges: complimentary second use of the à la carte restaurant, early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability), 25% discount in the SPA area, complimentary introductory massage, fruit basket upon arrival, bathrobes for adults, and a beach bag (DSU).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style, with a diet and vegetarian corner. Snacks are available throughout the day, along with coffee/tea and cakes in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the "RAAY" Bar. The minibar is replenished daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
