Location

The holiday resort is located on the bay of Kuyacak, surrounded by a pine grove, directly on a private sandy/pebble beach. The village of Güvercinlik is approx. 4 km away, and it is about 23 km to the lively city center of Bodrum. Good public minibus connections to Bodrum are available.

Facilities

The attractive resort hotel covers a total area of approx. 50,000 m² and offers a total of 291 rooms, distributed across a main building and an annex, each with three floors. Amenities include the lobby lounge designed in bright colors with plenty of glass and wood, featuring a reception, seating areas, and Wi-Fi (included), the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once per stay for bookings of at least 4 nights; for guests aged seven and up, subject to availability and advance reservation), and several bars. Various shops, a conference room, a hairdresser, and the spacious wellness center are available for a fee. In the expansive garden area, you will find a trendy disco, a pool landscape with a main pool, a separate children's pool, and another pool with four water slides (weather-dependent/at specified hours), sun terraces, pool/snack bar, sunbathing lawns, a chill-out area, and the beach with a fantastic swimming pier and beach bar. Sun loungers, cushions, sun umbrellas, and pool towels (against a deposit) are included around the pools and at the beach.

Accommodation

Double Room Type A

The modernly decorated rooms are located in the main or annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), LCD satellite TV with music channels, minibar (replenished daily with soft drinks), safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DA). More spacious rooms with side sea views can be booked for an extra charge (DMS). Double room = single room for sole use (DEA/DES).

Double Room

These are slightly more spacious than the Double Rooms Type A, otherwise offering the same amenities, with an extra bed for the third person (D). Double room = single room for sole use (DE).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms, but slightly smaller and in a less preferred location (SSZ).

Large Double Room

These are slightly larger than the double rooms, otherwise offering the same amenities, with a bunk bed; they are located in the annex building, some with a French balcony (D2X).

Family Room

Otherwise offering the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms in the main or annex building feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

Meals

All Inclusive

Large buffet with a variety of salads and fruits in an open restaurant setting.

All Inclusive

Breakfast, late-riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet (including a diet buffet), various snacks during the day, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour, and midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bar. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
