Location

The resort is located in Kuyacak Bay, amidst a pine forest, directly on a private sand/pebble beach. The village of Güvercinlik is approx. 4 km away, and the lively city center of Bodrum is approx. 23 km away. Good public minibus connections to Bodrum are available.

Facilities

The attractive resort hotel covers a total area of approx. 50,000 m² and offers a total of 291 rooms spread across the main building and an annex building, each with three floors. Amenities include a lobby lounge designed in bright colors with plenty of glass and wood, featuring reception, seating areas, and Wi-Fi included. There is a main restaurant with a terrace and several à la carte restaurants (included once per stay with a minimum of 4 nights, for guests aged seven and above, subject to availability and prior reservation), and various bars. Shops, a conference room, a hairdresser, and a spacious wellness center are available for a fee. In the extensive garden complex, you will find a trendy nightclub, a pool area with a main pool, a separate children's pool, and another pool with four water slides (weather permitting/seasonal), sun terraces, a pool/snackbar, sunbathing lawns, a chill-out area, and the beach with a great bathing jetty and beach bar. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels (deposit required) are included around the pools and on the beach.

Accommodation

Double Room Type A

The modernly decorated rooms are located in the main or annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (individually adjustable), LCD satellite TV with music channels, minibar (stocked daily with soft drinks), safe, laminate flooring, and a balcony (DA). More spacious rooms with a partial sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DMS). Double room for single use available (DEA/DES).

Double Room

These rooms, otherwise identical in amenities to Type A double rooms, are slightly more spacious with an extra bed for a third person (D). Double room for single use available (DE).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms but slightly smaller and in a less preferred location (SSZ).

Large Double Room

These rooms, otherwise identical in amenities to the double rooms, are slightly larger with bunk beds and are located in the annex building, some with a French balcony (D2X).

Family Room

These rooms, otherwise identical in amenities to the double rooms in the main or annex building, feature a separate bedroom with a connecting door (DF2).

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet (including diet buffet), various snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, ice cream hour, and midnight snack. A variety of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available 24 hours a day at the open bar. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.
