This select holiday home offers 384 rooms, which are harmoniously integrated into the hillside in a main building with ten floors (with lifts). The elegant lobby, featuring plenty of glass and natural materials, provides a reception, stylish seating areas, and panoramic sea views. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby and in the rooms. Further amenities include the main restaurant with a terrace and sea view, various specialty restaurants (each requiring reservation; free of charge once for stays of 5 days or more, otherwise for a fee), several bars, an open-air disco, and a modern wellness center with an indoor pool. Additionally, there is a great game center with a cinema and internet café (partially for a fee), several shops, and conference and banquet rooms, each available for a fee. In the sea-facing garden area, you will find the main pool with a whirlpool, a separate children's pool, an activity pool, an aqua park with five water slides (open at certain hours), sun terraces, and the pool/snack bar. A large pier with its own bar is also available at the beach. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included around the pools, at the beach, and on the pier.
The hotel facilities and services in the outdoor area are only open depending on weather conditions and at the hotel's discretion.

Double Room Sea View

The modern rooms feature bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (central and hourly), Wi-Fi included, laminate flooring, and balcony with sea view (DM). DR=SR for single use (DEM).

Deluxe Room Sea View

These are more spacious, located on the top floor with otherwise identical facilities, and feature a double bed, an additional extra bed, a larger balcony, and sea view (DDM). DR=SR for single use (DM1).

Large Double Room Sea View

With otherwise identical facilities as the double rooms, these feature a double bed and an additional sofa bed (MX2).

Large Double Room no Balcony

Slightly more spacious than the double rooms with similar facilities, located on the land side and without a balcony (GDO).

Super Saver Room

Identical to the double rooms, but located on the land side and without a balcony (SOZ).

Family Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical facilities as the double rooms plus an additional bedroom, one room is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds, coffee/tea setup, connecting door, and sea view (2FM). Additionally bookable under hotel code BJVA13 (DFM).

Family Room Sea View

Consists of two double rooms with a connecting door and sea view (F2M).

Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical facilities as the double rooms, these additionally feature a seating area and an extra bed (J2M).

Superior Suite

The superior suites are located in the annex building and consist of two bedrooms in maisonette style, offering 1 double bed and 2 single beds, as well as a private communal pool for the use of Superior Suite guests. A turndown service is among the further amenities (SUM).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast (with freshly squeezed fruit juices), lunch, and dinner in buffet style, daytime snacks, ice cream, afternoon coffee/tea and pastries, as well as midnight snacks. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and some import drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and a bottle of beer upon arrival and is refilled daily as needed.
