The attractive resort hotel is located directly on the pebble/sand beach of Akyarlar in a quiet position. The tranquil town center of Turgutreis is 10 km away, and the lively center of Bodrum is approx. 25 km away. Public minibus connections are available nearby.

This select holiday retreat offers 384 rooms, harmoniously built into the hillside in a ten-story main building (with lifts). The elegant lobby, featuring ample glass and natural materials, offers a reception, chic seating areas, and a panoramic sea view. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the lobby and in the rooms. Further amenities include the main restaurant with a terrace and sea view, various specialty restaurants (reservation required; free once per stay of 5 days or more, otherwise for a fee), several bars, a Starbucks, an open-air nightclub, and a modern wellness center with an indoor pool. Additionally, there is a great game center with a cinema and internet café (partially for a fee), several shops, and conference and banquet rooms, each for a fee. In the sea-facing garden area, you will find the main pool with a whirlpool, a separate children's pool, an activity pool, an aquapark with five water slides (open by the hour), sun terraces, and the pool/snack bar. At the beach, a large pier with its own bar is also available. Sun loungers, parasols, and beach towels are included around the pools, at the beach, and on the pier.
The facilities and services in the hotel's outdoor area are only open depending on weather conditions and at the hotel's discretion.

The modern rooms feature bath/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (central and hourly), included Wi-Fi, laminate flooring, and a balcony with a sea view (DM). DR=SR for single use (DEM).

Double room Deluxe sea view

These are more spacious, located on the top floor with otherwise identical facilities, and feature one double bed, an additional rollaway bed, a larger balcony, and a sea view (DDM). DR=SR for single use (DM1).

Large double room sea view

Features otherwise identical facilities to the double rooms, with a double bed and an additional sofa bed (MX2).

Family suite sea view

With otherwise identical facilities to the double rooms, but with an additional bedroom. One room is equipped with a double bed and the other with two single beds, plus a coffee/tea setup, connecting door, and sea view (2FM). Also bookable under hotel code BJVA13 (DFM).

The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and a bottle of beer upon arrival and is replenished daily as needed.
