The hotel is located on the southwest coast of Cozumel Island. Transfer time from Cancun Airport by bus and ferry is approx. 2 hours. The small town of San Miguel de Cozumel is about 17 km away.

The modern and luxurious hotel has 45 bungalows with 293 rooms. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk, a currency exchange, and a souvenir shop. In the tropical garden area, you will find freshwater swimming pool areas with a children's pool, sun terrace, and loungers. The culinary offerings include 2 buffet restaurants, 3 specialty restaurants, a Cantina Snack Bar, and 4 bars. Come and indulge yourself. Sunbeds and bath towels are also available free of charge.

The rooms are furnished in Caribbean style and feature a shower, toilet, air conditioning, ceiling fan, safe (included), cable TV (Deutsche Welle), telephone, free Wi-Fi, minibar (included), coffee machine, and a balcony or terrace with a hammock (PR1/PR2). Also available as Premium Tropical View with garden view (PTZ/PTE).

Comfortable Ocean Front Suites are located near the pool and beach and offer a magnificent view. They also feature a living area with a sofa bed, shower/WC, king-size bed, minibar, safe, air conditioning, hairdryer, shower/WC, TV, and balcony (O2F/O1F).

No smoking policy

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

During stays between April and December, increased amounts of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased occurrence of brown algae in the Caribbean is often observed. This affects the beach and the sea. The hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which generates some noise.
