Location

The hotel is quietly located directly on a beautiful small sandy bay. Tavernas and a well-stocked supermarket are opposite. The nearest town, Pernera, with tavernas, bars, and shops, is about 1.5 km away, and Protaras is about 3 km away. Public bus connections to all towns (bus stop near the hotel) are within walking distance.
The Larnaca airport is about 65 km away.

The modern mid-range hotel has a total of 175 rooms, a cozy lobby with reception and seating areas, several bars, 3 restaurants with a beautiful outdoor terrace, a souvenir shop, parking (free of charge depending on availability), a spa, and a hairdresser (upon request). Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. There is a taverna called "Basilikos".
The outdoor area features a stunning, terraced garden leading to the sea, a freshwater pool (heated from mid-May to mid-October), a children's pool, a whirlpool, a sun terrace, a pool/snack bar, and a restaurant. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool and for a fee on the beach.

Double Room Superior

The rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, beach bag, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, balcony, as well as sparkling wine, mineral water, and fruit upon arrival. The rooms offer either a side sea view (D2S) or a direct sea view (DMU).
Also available for single occupancy (1SD/DME), without a balcony facing the land side (SBH), or as a super-saver room facing the land side (SSZ).

Family Room Superior Sea View

Equipped and renovated like the Double Rooms Superior, but more spacious and with an additional sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person, with a direct sea view (FMZ).

Breakfast and dinner served buffet-style.
Optionally, dinner can be taken at the taverna (twice a week, reservation required the evening before). Additionally, lunch can be taken instead of dinner, buffet-style, at the pool bar or in the restaurant.

Breakfast 7-10 AM, lunch 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner 6:30-9:30 PM served buffet-style in the main restaurant.
Optionally, dinner can be enjoyed at the Meze Restaurant "Basilikos" (reservation required the day before).
A selection of dishes and snacks at the "Yialos" pool bar (à la carte) and in the restaurant from 10 AM to 8 PM. After dinner, snacks are available at the Tefkros Bar until midnight.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during meals and at the respective open bar and in the restaurant from 10 AM to midnight.
Various theme nights in the main restaurant, such as Cypriot Night, Grill Night, Italian Night.
Children's menus, as well as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free options, and menus for special dietary needs are available upon request (please report at reception during check-in).
