Location

The hotel is quietly located directly on a lovely small sandy bay. Tavernas and a well-stocked supermarket are opposite. The nearest town, Pernera, with tavernas, bars, and shops, is about 1.5 km away, and Protaras is about 3 km away. Public bus services to all towns (bus stop near the hotel) are within walking distance.
Larnaca Airport is approximately 65 km away.

The modern, mid-range hotel has a total of 175 rooms, a cozy lobby with a reception and seating areas, several bars, 3 restaurants with a beautiful outdoor terrace, a souvenir shop, parking (free of charge subject to availability), a spa, and a hairdresser (on request). Wi-Fi is free throughout the complex. There is a "Basilikos" taverna.
The outdoor area features a stunning, terraced garden leading to the sea, a freshwater pool (heated until mid-May and from mid-October) with a children's pool, a whirlpool, a sun terrace, and a pool bar/snack bar and restaurant. Sun loungers, mattresses, parasols, and bath towels are provided free of charge by the pool and for a fee on the beach.

Double Room Superior

The rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, beach bag, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, balcony, and sparkling wine, mineral water, and fruit upon arrival. The rooms either have a side sea view (D2S) or direct sea view (DMU).
Also available for single use (1SD/DME), without a balcony and with a land view (SBH) or as a super-saver room with a land view (SSZ)

Family Room Superior Sea View

Equipped and renovated like the Double Rooms Superior, but more spacious and with an additional sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person, with a direct sea view (FMZ).

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form.
Optionally, dinner can be taken at the taverna (2x per week, reservation required the evening before). Furthermore, lunch in buffet form can be taken at the pool bar or in the restaurant instead of dinner.

Breakfast 7-10 am, lunch 12:30-2:30 pm, and dinner 6:30-9:30 pm in buffet form in the main restaurant.

A selection of dishes and snacks at the "Yialos" pool bar (à la carte) and in the restaurant from 10 am to 8 pm. After dinner, snacks at the Tefkros Bar until midnight.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with meals and at the respective open bar and in the restaurant from 10 am to midnight.
Various theme nights in the main restaurant, such as Cypriot night, barbecue night, Italian night.
