Location

The Four Seasons beach hotel is located on a Blue Flag awarded sandy beach east of Limassol. Shopping and entertainment options are located approx. 150 m away. The nearest attraction is Amathus (approx. 1 km). The Limassol city centre is approx. 8 km away.
Paphos airport is approx. 58 km away, and Larnaca airport is approx. 67 km away.

Facilities

The air-conditioned hotel consists of a main building and 2 annexes, and features 283 rooms spread over 6 floors. The interior includes a lobby with 24-hour reception and lobby bar, (TV) lounge, 3 lifts, kiosk, shop and hairdresser, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a heated indoor pool. Facilities also include 5 bars, a main restaurant and 3 à-la-carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, and Japanese-Peruvian), a snack bar, and a café.
The hotel's garden area houses the pool complex with several pools, including an adults-only relaxation pool, a pool bar (seasonal), an integrated children's pool with a water slide, and a sun terrace (seasonal). Sun loungers, cushions, towels, and parasols are provided at the beach and by all pools. Guests can enjoy snacks and refreshments at the beach bar (seasonal).

Superior Double Room without balcony

The double rooms feature a walk-in shower in the bathroom, some additionally with a separate bathtub, blackout blinds, large mirrors, plush bathrobes and slippers, a hairdryer, and Molton Brown toiletries.
Amenities include a smart panel for controlling lighting, temperature, curtains, and service indicators, as well as an LED TV with international channels and guest device functionality, Wi-Fi, telephone, electronic safe, minibar (for a fee), and a coffee/tea station with a Nespresso machine (DSU).
Available as a single use option (DSE).
Available as SBH/SBG from May 2027.

Superior Double Room with sea view

With the same basic features as the superior double rooms, these rooms have a furnished balcony with a sea view (DMU).

With the same features as the double rooms, these rooms offer a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with a tub and walk-in shower, as well as a balcony with a sea view (DDM, from May 2027).
