The Four Seasons Beach Hotel is located directly on a Blue Flag sandy beach, east of Limassol. Shops and entertainment facilities are approximately 150 m away. The nearest attraction is Amathus (approx. 1 km). Limassol city center is about 8 km away.

The air-conditioned hotel, consisting of a main building and 2 annex buildings, offers 283 rooms spread across 6 floors. The interior includes a lobby with a 24-hour reception and lobby bar, a TV lounge, 3 elevators, a kiosk, a shop, and a hairdresser. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as a heated indoor pool. Facilities also include 5 bars, a main restaurant, and 3 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, and Japanese-Peruvian), a snack bar, and a café.
In the hotel's own garden area, you will find the pool landscape with several pools, including an adult-only relaxation pool and a pool bar (seasonal). There is also an integrated children's pool with a water slide and a sun terrace (seasonal). Sun loungers, mattresses, towels, and umbrellas are provided on the beach and at all pools. Superior Double Room without Balcony

The double rooms feature a walk-in shower in the bathroom, some with an additional separate bathtub, privacy blinds, large mirrors, plush bathrobes and slippers, a hairdryer, and Molton Brown toiletries.
