The Four Seasons Beach Hotel is located on a Blue Flag sandy beach east of Limassol. Shops and entertainment facilities are about 150m away. The nearest attraction is Amathus (approx. 1 km). Limassol city center is about 8 km away.

The hotel consists of a main building and 2 annex buildings, is air-conditioned and has 283 rooms spread over 6 floors. The interior includes a lobby with a 24-hour reception and lobby bar, a TV lounge, 3 elevators, a kiosk, a shop and a hairdresser, free Wi-Fi and a heated indoor pool. Facilities also include 5 bars, a main restaurant and 3 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Asian, and Japanese-Peruvian), a snack bar, and a cafe.
The hotel's own garden area features a pool landscape with several pools, including an adult-only quiet pool, and a pool bar (seasonal). There is an integrated children's pool with a water slide and a sun terrace (seasonal). Sun loungers, mattresses, towels, and umbrellas are available at the beach and all pools. Superior Double Room

The double rooms have a walk-in shower in the bathroom, some also have a separate bathtub, privacy blinds, large mirrors, soft bathrobes and slippers, a hairdryer, and Molton Brown toiletries.
