Lage

The modernly designed complex is located directly on the sandy beach of "Nissi Bay" and is nestled in a large, well-maintained, beautiful garden landscape. The adjacent coastal path, which stretches for approx. 12 km, is ideal for extended walks. The center of Ayia Napa is about 2 km away. Shops and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. The distance to Larnaca Airport is approx. 53 km.

The well-known hotel, popular with returning guests, has a total of 270 rooms. Amenities include the main building with an entrance hall and reception, internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (included throughout the complex), elevators, satellite TV room, as well as bars and the "Ambrosia" restaurant with a large terrace. The hotel also has a spa and indoor pool, hairdresser, souvenir shop, and a kiosk.
In the lushly planted outdoor area, you will find the well-maintained, extensive garden with a freshwater swimming pool and a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snackbar (in summer). Umbrellas and beach towels are available free of charge by the pool, and for a fee on the beach. There are 5 snack bars, an à la carte tavern, and the Isola Beach Bar (open in summer) on the beach.

The renovated double rooms are located in the garden next to the main building and have a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station, beach towels, and a land-facing balcony (D).
Available with sea view in the main building (DM/DMI), for single occupancy (DE/DEM), or as a super saver room (SSZ).

Double Room Superior Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are more spacious, located in the 2nd and 3rd row bordering the palm park, and feature a shower/toilet, bathrobe, slippers, and an espresso machine, as well as a furnished balcony (DMU).

Suite Beach Bungalow Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites feature a shower/toilet, a living/sleeping area, and a bedroom (visually separated by a partition and three steps), making them significantly more spacious, with a second satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and beach towels (2TB).
