The modern resort is located directly on the sandy beach of Nissi Bay and is nestled within a large, well-maintained, beautiful garden landscape. The adjacent coastal path, which stretches for approx. 12 km, is perfect for long walks. The center of Ayia Napa is approx. 2 km away. Shopping facilities and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. Larnaca Airport is approx. 53 km away.

This well-known holiday hotel, popular with repeat guests, has a total of 270 rooms. Amenities include the main building with a lobby and reception, internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (included throughout the property), elevators, satellite TV room, as well as bars and the "Ambrosia" restaurant with a large terrace. Furthermore, the hotel features a spa and indoor pool, hairdresser, souvenir shop, and a kiosk.
The lushly landscaped outdoor area includes a well-kept, spacious garden with a freshwater swimming pool and separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar (in summer). Sun loungers and beach towels are provided free of charge at the pool and beach.
In addition to three snack bars, the beach features the Isola Beach Bar with creative dishes and handmade cocktails in a stylish beach bar atmosphere, as well as the Taverna Nissi with a raised terrace for a breathtaking view of the sea, where lunch can be enjoyed à la carte.

Double Room

The renovated double rooms are located in the bungalows next to the main building and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station, beach towels, and a balcony on the land side (D/DA).
Optionally bookable with sea view in the main building (DM/DMI/DMA), for single use (DE/DEA/DEM), or as a super saver room (SSZ).

Superior Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious, located in the 2nd and 3rd row adjacent to the palm park, and feature a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, as well as an additional espresso machine and a furnished balcony (DMU).

Suite Beach Bungalow Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these feature a shower/WC, a living/sleeping area and a bedroom (visually separated by a partition and three steps), making them significantly more spacious, and additionally equipped with a second satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and beach towels (2TB).
