Location

The modern complex is situated directly on the sandy beach of Nissi Bay and is nestled within a large, beautifully maintained garden landscape. The adjacent coastal path, stretching for approx. 12 km, is ideal for extensive walks. The center of Ayia Napa is about 2 km away. Shops and a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. Larnaca Airport is approx. 53 km away.

The well-known holiday hotel, popular with regular guests, offers a total of 270 rooms. Amenities include the main building with an entrance hall and reception, internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (included throughout the premises), elevators, a satellite TV room, as well as bars and the restaurant “Ambrosia” with a large terrace. Furthermore, the hotel features a spa and indoor pool, a hairdresser, a souvenir shop, and a kiosk.
The lushly planted outdoor area includes a well-kept, spacious garden with a freshwater swimming pool and a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar (in summer). Sun loungers and beach towels are provided free of charge by the pool and on the beach. There are three snack bars on the beach, the Nissi Tavern (à la carte), and the Isola Beach Bar (open in summer).

Double Room

The renovated double rooms are located in the bungalows next to the main building and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea station, bath towels, and a balcony facing the land side (D/DA).
Available as an option with sea view in the main building (DM/DMI/DMA), for single occupancy (DE/DEA/DEM), or as a super-saver room (SSZ).

Superior Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious, located in the 2nd and 3rd row adjacent to the palm park, and feature a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, as well as an espresso machine and a furnished balcony (DMU).

Suite Beach Bungalow Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these suites feature a shower/WC, a living/sleeping area and a bedroom (visually separated by a partition and three steps), making them significantly more spacious. They also include a second satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and bath towels (2TB).

Snacks are available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are also included at the respective open bar from 9:00 AM to midnight.
