The modern complex is located directly on the sandy beach of Nissi Bay and is nestled in a large, well-kept, beautiful garden landscape. The adjacent coastal path, which stretches for approx. 12 km, is perfect for long walks. The center of Ayia Napa is approx. 2 km away. Shopping facilities as well as a bus stop are in the immediate vicinity. Larnaca Airport is approx. 53 km away.

This well-known holiday hotel, popular with regular guests, features a total of 270 rooms. Amenities include the main building with a lobby and reception, internet corner (included), Wi-Fi (included throughout the entire complex), elevators, a satellite TV room, as well as bars and the "Ambrosia" restaurant with a large terrace. Furthermore, the hotel features a spa and indoor pool, hairdresser, souvenir shop, and a kiosk.
In the lushly landscaped outdoor area, you will find the well-kept, spacious gardens with a freshwater swimming pool and separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar (in summer). Sun loungers and pool towels are provided free of charge at the pool and beach. On the beach, there are three snack bars, the Nissi Tavern (à la carte), and the Isola Beach Bar (open in summer).

Double room

The renovated double rooms are located in the bungalows next to the main building and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, mini-fridge, satellite TV, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, coffee/tea facilities, beach towels, and a balcony facing the land side (D/DA).
Also bookable with sea view in the main building (DM/DMI/DMA), for single occupancy (DE/DEA/DEM), or as a super-saver room (SSZ).

Double room Superior Sea View

With the same features as the double rooms, these are more spacious, located in the 2nd and 3rd row adjacent to the palm park, and feature shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, as well as an additional espresso machine and a furnished balcony (DMU).

Suite Beach Bungalow Sea View

With the same features as the double rooms, these include a shower/WC, a living/sleeping room, and a bedroom (visually separated by a partition wall and three steps) and are therefore significantly more spacious, additionally equipped with a second satellite TV, Wi-Fi, as well as beach towels (2TB).
