The centre of Ayia Napa, with various shopping and entertainment venues, is approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The sprawling, village-style resort features 341 rooms consisting of several bungalows, the multi-storey Residence rooms (some overlooking the bungalow area towards the sea), and the main building. The main building houses the reception, lobby bar, Grab&Go cafeteria, "Buffet@Mare" restaurant, "Estia" (local creative cuisine), Asian restaurant "Kayo", Meat&Salt Steak House, and "Aroma" (Mediterranean cuisine, adults-only). Furthermore, the grounds feature a minimarket, "BBBQ", and "Nico Italian Restaurant", a snack bar, a water park, a spacious pool area, and a freshwater pool landscape with a children's pool. Pool towels, sun loungers, and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach.

Double room side sea view

These double rooms are located in the Residence area and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, combined living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, music system, coffee/tea station, refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace with a side sea view (Residence, DMS/DIS).
(Additionally bookable under LCAA05 as Double room Type A Land view, however without side sea view and instead with a view of the landscape (DAB)).

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are slightly more spacious with a visual partition/sliding door, two separate single beds, and feature garden view (Residence, DF2).
Optionally bookable with side sea view (Residence, FY2).

Family room sharing pool

Feature the same amenities as the family rooms, with pool view and direct access to the sharing pool (Residence, F2H).

Suite

Suite sharing pool

Feature the same amenities as the suites with direct access to the sharing pool (Bungalow area, SSH).

Suite sea view

Located in the bungalow area with the same amenities as the double rooms, featuring a separate bedroom with a double bed as well as a sofa bed in the living/sleeping area and sea view (Bungalow area, S2M).
Guests of these rooms receive VIP service in the form of access to the VIP pool with cold face towels, reserved sun loungers, and fresh fruit.

Suite Swim Up

Family Suite Type A (LCAA05)

These are also located in the bungalows and feature a bathroom or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, flip-flops for the pool, TV, safe, air conditioning (individually adjustable), a separate bedroom, a living area with a sofa bed, and a terrace with access to the pool (ASF).

Junior Suite (LCAA05)

The Junior Suites (approx. 32-36m²) are located in the bungalow area. General amenities are similar to the Family Suites Type A, however, the Junior Suites feature a separate, visually divided sleeping area with two single beds (JS2).
Also bookable as Junior Suite Swim-Up with direct access to the pool (SUJ).

The Suite Sea View (approx. 42-56m²) is similar in amenities to the Junior Suites, but offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and a private terrace with direct sea view (S2M).

Double room Premium Swim Up (LCAA05)

The Double rooms Premium Swim Up are similar in size and amenities to the Suites Sea View, but feature a pool view and have a terrace with pool access (RU2).

Half board

Breakfast buffet and, when booking half board, lunch or dinner in buffet style (seasonal).
When booking half board, 1x dinner is included in one of the following à-la-carte restaurants:
- "Estia" (local creative cuisine)
- "Nico Italian Restaurant"
- "BBBQ"
- "Burger&Fries"
- "Aroma" (Mediterranean cuisine, adults only)
(reservation required in each case).
Vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free meals are available upon request (please arrange with reception).
Appropriate attire is requested for all meals (smart casual, men must wear long trousers, no swimwear).
