Location

The Atlantica Sungarden Beach Hotel is located in Ayia Napa in the south of Cyprus.
The fine sandy beach is approx. 150 m away and can be reached via a path directly by the sea. Shopping and entertainment options are located just a few minutes' walk away.
The city center of Ayia Napa is approx. 1.5 km away and Larnaca Airport is approx. 60 km away.

Facilities

The 4-star hotel has 267 rooms and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge, a main bar, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.
Dining options include the main restaurant "Triantafylla Restaurant & Al Fresco Terrace", the à-la-carte restaurant "Mesogios" serving Italian cuisine, and the newly opened "Sun Bites Snack Bar", which serves hot and cold snacks during the day and Cypriot and Greek specialties as a set menu in the evenings as a meze restaurant.
The outdoor area features a total of four swimming pools, including an adults-only infinity pool for relaxation and a children's pool, two pool bars, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach; pool towels are provided free of charge.

Double room

The double rooms feature a double bed or twin beds as well as a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee/tea facilities, rental safe, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony (D).
Also available with sea view (DM).

Family room sea view

The family rooms are more spacious than the double rooms and feature an additional sleeping area that can be separated by a sliding door, including sofa beds for the 3rd/4th person. They feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee/tea facilities, rental safe, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony. They are located in the main building (F2M).
Also available in the garden area (F2D, from Summer 2027).

Family room Superior

These rooms offer the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious, featuring a sleeping area that can be separated by a sliding door with two sofa beds for the 3rd/4th person. They are located in the garden area (F2U).
Also available in the garden area with sea view (FMZ) or in the main building with sea view (FA2).

Family room Superior sea view Swim-Up

Also located in the main building, these rooms are more spacious than the double rooms with otherwise identical amenities. They feature two additional sofa beds in a sleeping area that is visually separated by steps and offer direct pool access (FSU).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Family suite sea view

These are significantly more spacious than the double rooms with the same amenities and feature two separate bedrooms connected by a door. One bedroom has a king-size bed, the other has twin beds. The rooms also offer a sea view (2FM, available from Summer 2027).

Breakfast from 7-10 a.m., lunch from 12:30-3 p.m., and dinner from 7-9:30 p.m. in buffet style in the main restaurant.
Dinner can also be enjoyed once per stay in the à-la-carte restaurant "Mesogios" (Italian cuisine) or in the "Sun Bites Meze Tapas" restaurant (Cypriot and Greek specialties) as a set menu (reservation required in each case).
Hot and cold snacks from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the new "Sun Bites Snack Bar" near the bungalows.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 a.m. to 11:45 p.m. at whichever bar is open.
