Location

The Atlantica Sungarden Beach Hotel is located in Ayia Napa in the south of Cyprus.
The fine sandy beach is approx. 150 m away and can be reached via a path directly by the sea. Shopping and entertainment options are just a few minutes' walk away.
The city center of Ayia Napa is approx. 1.5 km away and Larnaca Airport is approx. 60 km away.

Facilities

The 4-star hotel has 267 rooms and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge, and a main bar, as well as a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
Dining options include the main restaurant "Triantafylla Restaurant & Al Fresco Terrace", the à-la-carte restaurant "Mesogios" serving Italian cuisine, and the newly opened "Sun Bites Snack Bar", which serves hot and cold snacks during the day and functions as a Meze restaurant in the evening, serving Cypriot and Greek specialties as a set menu.
The outdoor area features a total of four swimming pools, including an adults-only infinity pool for relaxing and a children's pool, two pool bars, and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are included by the pool and available for a fee at the beach; pool towels are provided free of charge.

Double room

The double rooms feature a double bed or twin beds, as well as a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee/tea station, rental safe, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony (D).
Also available with a sea view (DM).

Family room sea view

The family rooms are more spacious than the double rooms and feature an additional sleeping area that can be separated by a sliding door, including sofa beds for the 3rd/4th person. They feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee/tea station, rental safe, Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, and a furnished balcony. They are located in the main building (F2M).
Also available in the garden area (F2D, from summer 2027).

Family room Superior

Equipped the same as the double rooms but more spacious, featuring a sleeping area that can be separated by a sliding door with two sofa beds for the 3rd/4th person; located in the garden area (F2U).
Also available in the garden area with sea view (FMZ) or in the main building with sea view (FA2).

Family room Superior sea view Swim-Up

Also located in the main building; same amenities as the double rooms but more spacious, featuring two additional sofa beds in a visually and stepped-separated sleeping area and providing direct pool access (FSU).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, at Schauinsland-Reisen, a minimum age of 6 years applies for children for bookings of these room types for safety reasons.

Same amenities as the double rooms but significantly more spacious, featuring an additional sleeping area with twin beds that can be separated by a sliding door, and a sea view (2FM, from summer 2027).

Breakfast from 7:00 am - 10:00 am, lunch from 12:30 pm - 3:00 pm, and dinner from 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm, all buffet-style in the main restaurant.
Dinner can alternatively be taken once per stay at the "Mesogios" à-la-carte restaurant serving Italian cuisine or at the "Sun Bites Meze Tapas" restaurant serving Cypriot and Greek specialties as a set menu (reservation required for each).
Hot and cold snacks from 10:00 am - 5:30 pm at the new "Sun Bites Snack Bar" near the bungalows.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10:00 am - 11:45 pm at the respective open bar.
