The newly built, luxurious 5-star hotel is located in the popular resort of Ayia Napa. The center, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, can be reached in an 8-minute walk. The small fishing harbor is approx. 850 meters away. Several restaurants, cafés, and bars are also located in the immediate vicinity. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached after about 650 meters.

The modern, adults-only complex (from 18 years), built in 2022, features a total of 140 design-oriented rooms spread across the building. Amenities include a reception area, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, the main "Ezaria" restaurant, "Nocturne" à-la-carte restaurant (Mediterranean), "Fort o Lana" à-la-carte restaurant (Cypriot cuisine), "Immenso" rooftop à-la-carte restaurant (fusion cuisine), "Selene" cocktail bar, and a lounge bar. In the outdoor area, there is the "Saffire" infinity pool with hydro-massage sections and the "Evera" swimming pool with whirlpools and back-massage jets, as well as a sun terrace with comfortable loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels.

Deluxe Double Room

The elegant Deluxe Double Rooms feature individually adjustable air conditioning (May-Oct), a king-size bed or 2 single beds with high-quality mattresses, pillows, and duvets, a dressing table, 43" flat-screen TV, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, espresso machine, Wi-Fi, and a safe. A bottle of water per person is provided daily. Turn-down service is available. The bathroom includes a bathtub or walk-in rain shower/WC, hairdryer, speaker connected to the TV, bathrobes and slippers, and high-quality toiletries. Balcony or terrace with seating (DD2). Also available for single use (DD1), as a Super Saver Room (SSZ), or with pool/garden view (DPB).

Superior Double Room

With the same facilities as the Deluxe Double Rooms, these are slightly more spacious and feature a king-size bed, 49" flat-screen TV, and additionally a large balcony with sun loungers (DSU). Also available with pool/garden view (DSP).

Panorama Suite

Features the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but with more luxurious appointments including a walk-in shower, large bathtub, 55" satellite flat-screen TV, and a sofa. The suites are significantly more spacious and located on the upper floors with a large balcony, sun loungers, and pool/sea view (PSV).

Meals

Breakfast in buffet form.
The "Dine Around" concept allows guests to dine in all 4 restaurants. The restaurants offer a diverse culinary experience inspired by popular cuisines from around the world. In the main restaurant "Ezaria", the hotel offers 10 different theme nights. Variety is also provided by the 3 à-la-carte restaurants: "Nocturne" (Mediterranean), "Fort o Lana" (Cypriot cuisine), and "Immenso" on the rooftop (Asian-Peruvian fusion cuisine). Dinner also includes a welcome aperitif (in the à-la-carte restaurants), a bottle of premium wine per couple or 2 beers per person, an unlimited selection of juice, soft drinks, water, and coffee specialties. With dinner in the à-la-carte restaurants, an additional glass of premium digestif is included. Dinner in one of the à-la-carte restaurants is included once per week.

A chef serves buffet food to a woman at an open buffet restaurant.
