The newly built, luxurious 5-star hotel is located in the popular holiday resort of Agia Napa. The center with numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities is a 8-minute walk away. The small fishing harbor is approx. 850 meters away. There are also some restaurants, cafes and bars in the vicinity. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in about 650 meters.

The modern and newly built adults-only resort (18+ years) opened in 2022 and has a total of 140 design-oriented rooms spread throughout the building. Facilities include a reception area with a front desk, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a main restaurant "Ezaria", an à la carte restaurant "Nocturne" (Mediterranean), an à la carte restaurant "Fort o Lana" (Cypriot cuisine), an à la carte restaurant "Immenso" on the rooftop terrace (fusion cuisine), cocktail bar "Selene", and a lounge bar. Outdoors, there is the "Saffire" infinity pool with hydro-massage areas and the "Evera" swimming pool with whirlpools and back massage, each with a sun terrace with comfortable loungers and umbrellas, and bath towels.

Double Room Deluxe

The elegant Double Rooms Deluxe feature individually adjustable air conditioning (May-Oct), a king-size bed or 2 single beds with high-quality mattresses, pillows, and duvets, a dressing table, 43" flatscreen TV, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, espresso machine, Wi-Fi, and a safe. Daily one bottle of water per person. Turn-down service available. Bathroom with bathtub or walk-in rain shower/WC, hairdryer, integrated speaker connected to the TV, bathrobes and slippers, high-quality toiletries. Balcony or terrace with seating (DD2).
Also available for single occupancy (DD1), as a super saver room (SSZ), or with pool/garden view (DPB).

Double Room Superior

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, these rooms are slightly more spacious and feature a king-size bed, a 49" flatscreen TV, and a large balcony with sun loungers (DSU).
Also available with pool/garden view (DSP).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these rooms are more spacious and feature a bathtub and a separate walk-in shower in the bathroom (upon request, JS2).
Also available with pool/garden view (upon request, J2P).

Panorama Suite

These suites have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior but are more luxuriously appointed with a walk-in shower, large bathtub, 55" flatscreen satellite TV, and a sofa. The suites are also significantly more spacious and, on the upper floors, feature a large balcony, sun loungers, and pool/sea view (PSV).
Also available as a Honeymoon Suite (upon request, HS2).

Breakfast/Half Board Plus/Full Board

Breakfast buffet.
The "Dine Around" concept allows guests to dine in all 4 restaurants. The restaurants offer a diverse culinary experience inspired by popular cuisines from around the world. In the main restaurant "Ezaria," the hotel offers 10 different theme nights. For variety, there are also the 3 à la carte restaurants: "Nocturne" (Mediterranean), "Fort o Lana" (Cypriot cuisine), and "Immenso" on the rooftop terrace (Asian-Peruvian fusion cuisine). Dinner also includes a welcome aperitif (in the à la carte restaurants), a bottle of premium wine per couple or 2 beers per person, unlimited selection of juices, soft drinks, and water, and coffee specialties. For dinner in the à la carte restaurants, a glass of premium digestif is also included. Once a week, dinner in one of the à la carte restaurants is included.

A chef serves buffet food to a woman at an open buffet restaurant.
