Location

The suite hotel is located approx. 1 hour by transfer from Tenerife South Airport and 2 hours by transfer from Tenerife North Airport. The town center of Costa Los Gigantes with shopping and entertainment options, as well as the black sand beach "Playa la Arena", are 500m from the hotel. A bus stop is located 500m away, and a taxi stand is situated opposite the hotel. The Abama golf course is 9 km from the hotel.

The family hotel Costa Los Gigantes Family Resort has a total of 480 suites and 37 double rooms spread across 15 buildings. In addition to a 24-hour reception, the complex offers guests two buffet restaurants ("Teide" and “Vulcano”, the latter opened depending on occupancy) with show cooking and two newly opened à la carte restaurants. The “Ciao” restaurant is Italian-inspired and specializes in pasta, pizza, and various risotto options. The other new addition, “Bones Grill”, offers a large selection of meat and vegan grilled dishes prepared in a charcoal oven. Thanks to the intense heat of the oven, the ingredients obtain an incomparable aroma. The Nautilus snack/pool bar offers a few delicacies for lunch. In total, the complex has four bars, a pool/snack bar, 2 shops, 3 pools, 2 baby pools, and 1 children's pool with two water slides. In the garden area with a sun terrace and splash park, sun loungers, umbrellas, pads (subject to availability), and pool towels (against a deposit) are available to guests. Balinese beds with a wonderful panoramic view of La Gomera are available to guests for a fee.

Family Suite Sea View

Only bookable in combination with All Inclusive.
Same facilities as the suites, some with sea view. In addition, guests benefit from exclusive check-in as well as a separate breakfast area in the "Teide" restaurant, which is reserved for guests of the family suites. Suite Duplex Sea View

The duplex rooms are approx. 60m² in size and spread over 2 floors. On the upper floor is the bedroom with 2 single beds or one double bed, as well as a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub and a balcony with sea view. On the lower floor is a living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people) and another bathroom with a shower. Further amenities include a coffee machine, electric kettle, 2 satellite TVs, Wi-Fi (incl.), air conditioning, rental safe, minibar (for a fee), and reusable water bottles.

These rooms, which are particularly geared towards children, offer approx. 60 m² of space. They feature a separate bedroom, a living/sleeping area with an extra bed, as well as a balcony/terrace. They also provide a changing mat, a bottle warmer, and a small table for the children. (DF3/KD3/KD6/DF4/KD1/KD2/KD4).

Suite Sea View

The approx. 50m² suites with sea view are renovated and feature a bedroom with two large single beds and a separate living/sleeping room, bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe (for a fee), minibar, electric kettle and a selection of coffee and tea, 2 smart TVs with satellite channels, 1 bottle of water, and a furnished balcony or furnished terrace. Wi-Fi free of charge (S2M/2MA). Also bookable for single occupancy (S1M/1MA).

The double rooms are approx. 25 m² and feature a bedroom with two single beds as well as a balcony or a terrace. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, as well as an electric kettle with a selection of coffee and tea.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, hairdryer, and high-quality amenities. In addition, a reusable water bottle, a minibar (for a fee), as well as an electronic safe (for a fee) are available.
