The suite hotel is located approx. 1 transfer hour from Tenerife South Airport and 2 transfer hours from Tenerife North Airport. The center of Costa Los Gigantes with shopping and entertainment facilities, as well as the black sand beach "Playa la Arena" are 500m from the hotel. A bus stop is 500m away, and a taxi stand is located opposite the hotel. The Abama golf course is 9 km from the hotel.

The family hotel Costa Los Gigantes Family Resort has a total of 480 suites and 37 double rooms spread across 15 buildings. The complex offers its guests a 24-hour reception, two buffet restaurants ("Teide" and “Vulcano”, the latter open depending on occupancy) with show cooking, and two newly opened à la carte restaurants. The "Ciao" restaurant is Italian-inspired and specializes in pasta and pizza, as well as various risotto options. The new addition "Bones Grill" offers a wide selection of meat and vegan grilled dishes prepared in a wood-fired oven. Thanks to the intense heat of the oven, the ingredients develop an incomparable aroma. The Nautilus snack/pool bar offers delicacies for lunch. In total, the complex has four bars, a pool/snack bar, 2 shops, 3 swimming pools, 2 baby pools, and 1 children's pool with a water slide. In the garden area with sun terrace and splash park, sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions (subject to availability) and pool towels (for a deposit) are available to guests. Balinese beds with magnificent panoramic views of La Gomera are available for a fee.

Family Suite Sea View

Same amenities as the suites and some with sea view, exclusive check-in and separate breakfast area in the "Teide" restaurant (reserved for family suite guests). Additionally, the rooms include bathrobes and slippers for the whole family, a gift for children upon arrival, sun loungers at the front pool until 10 am, 1 free entry to the spa per stay, free Wi-Fi, children's furniture (high chair, changing table), minibar (welcome package upon arrival), and coffee machine with a selection of tea and coffee. Duplex Suite Sea View

The duplex rooms are approx. 60m² and spread over 2 floors. The upper floor has the bedroom with 2 single beds or a double bed, a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, and a balcony with sea view. The lower floor has a living room with a sofa bed (for 2 people) and another bathroom with a shower. Further amenities include a coffee machine, kettle, 2 satellite TVs, Wi-Fi (included), air conditioning, a rental safe, minibar (for a fee), and reusable water bottles.
