Fascinating flora and fauna with impressive natural landscapes. Originally founded in 1972 as a parrot paradise, it has established itself to this day as one of the most famous parks in the world.

Atlantic El Tope

Location

Situated on a small hill, the hotel offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.
The seawater swimming pools and the city center are about 500 m and 10 minutes' walk away, respectively, via stairs or a road. The shops and restaurants in the La Paz district and the Botanical Garden can also be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.

This traditional, extensively modernized hotel has 224 rooms on nine floors, three elevators, a lobby, lounges (all non-smoking areas), a lobby bar (open in the evenings), a swimming pool with a snack bar, an impressive rooftop bar on the 7th floor with a breathtaking view and two whirlpools (the "BAR THE TOP"). (This bar is not included in the All-Inclusive offer.) There is also a spacious, air-conditioned non-smoking buffet restaurant. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Guests can use a small garden with a swimming pool, a solarium, and a sunbathing area (with sun loungers and parasols). The hotel also offers a children's water park with a new infinity pool and a recently opened Splash Bar.
The hotel has central air conditioning and free parking (subject to availability).

Schauinsland-Reisen Original (until 31.10.26):
These rooms do not have a balcony but offer a large window with city views and Wi-Fi (included). Equipped with two beds, TV, rental safe, telephone, air conditioning, and minibar (not filled).
Bathroom with shower/WC. The rooms are located in the annex (DO) below the hotel building with views of the city.
Optionally bookable for single use without a balcony (DEO).

Double room Teide view

These approx. 20 m² rooms are spacious and comfortable. They have air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, minibar (empty/included), rental safe, bathroom with shower, WC, and hairdryer, as well as a balcony with Teide view. These rooms also offer a furnished panoramic balcony with Teide view (DD2).

Equipped like the Teide view double rooms, but with sea view (DDM).
Also bookable with Spa Package (QMW): For stays of 7 days or more, a one-time entry to the Blue Spa at the TUI Blue Atlantic Hills hotel and the Atlantic Mirage Suites & Spa (no transfer, distance approx. 1km each) and a bottle of wine upon arrival are included. Bookable for adults only.

Family room with terrace

Same amenities as the double rooms with sea or Teide view, but located on the 1st floor and with a spacious terrace and sun loungers. Also 2 beds and two sofa beds. Upon arrival: water, fruit basket, bathrobe, and slippers in the room (2TU).

This room offers the same amenities as the double rooms with sea or Teide view and is located between the 2nd and 6th floor. It also has a corner balcony. Upon arrival: water, fruit basket, bathrobe, and slippers in the room (2EU).
