Location

Above the center with a magnificent panoramic view. The seawater swimming pools and the center are about 500m away or a 10-minute walk via stairs or a street. Hotel bus service to the center 2x daily (Mon-Fri). After about a 10-minute walk, you can also reach the shops and restaurants in the La Paz district and the Botanical Garden.

Facilities

Facilities of this well-maintained traditional house with 220 rooms on 7 floors include 2 lifts, reception hall, lounges with non-smoking area, bars, internet corner (for a fee), free Wi-Fi in the reception hall, large air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant, snack bar, games room, hairdresser/cosmetics salon, and a small boutique.
Small subtropical garden with year-round heated freshwater pool, sun terrace, and sunbathing lawn (loungers, cushions, and umbrellas). On the roof, there is another large terrace with loungers.
