Location

The renovated Alua Tenerife hotel is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is about 1 km away and the Playa Jardin volcanic sand beach, a work by artist Cesar Manriques, is about a 2-minute walk away (approx. 150m). Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
The world-famous Loro Parque can be reached in about a 10-minute walk.

Facilities

The comprehensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms on 5 floors, accessible by 6 elevators. In addition, the building has a panoramic elevator that goes to the top floor, where there is a terrace with an impressive view of the city and coast. The hotel also features a reception and 2 conference rooms. The hotel has a very beautiful and spacious pool area with 2 outdoor pools (one heated), including 1 children's pool (sun loungers and umbrellas included), heated indoor pool (for a fee), pool towels (with deposit), and a children's playground. There is a mini-market, 3 bars, a buffet restaurant, as well as an à la carte restaurant (for a fee).

The modern and comfortable double rooms, approx. 32m², feature a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed or 2 single beds, bathroom with rain shower/WC and hairdryer, air conditioning, safe (incl.), mini-fridge (unstocked), kettle with coffee and tea, satellite TV, telephone, and a furnished balcony or terrace facing the street (D).
Wi-Fi is included in all rooms.
Sea view Type B (MBB) or pool view (PD) can be booked for an extra charge.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 60m²) and located over 2 floors.
On each floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The lower floor has pool view, and the upper floor has sea view (QX2).
