Location

The renovated Hotel Alua Tenerife is located in Puerto de la Cruz. The town center is approx. 1 km away, and the volcanic sand beach Playa Jardin, a work by artist Cesar Manrique, is about a 2-minute walk away (approx. 150m). Tenerife North Airport is approx. 25 km away and Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 80 km away.
The world-famous Loro Parque can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot.

Facilities

The extensively renovated family hotel has 424 rooms over 5 floors, accessible by 6 elevators. In addition, the building has a panoramic elevator that goes to the top floor, where there is a terrace with an impressive view over the city and the coast. The hotel's facilities also include a reception and 2 conference rooms. The hotel has a very beautiful and spacious pool area with 2 outdoor pools (one heated), including 1 children's pool (sun loungers and parasols included), a heated indoor pool (for a fee), pool towels (with deposit), and a children's playground. There is a mini-market, 3 bars, a buffet restaurant, as well as an à la carte restaurant (for a fee).

The approx. 32m² modern and comfortable double rooms feature a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed or 2 single beds, a bathroom with rain shower/WC and hairdryer, air conditioning, safe (incl.), mini-fridge (empty), kettle with coffee and tea, satellite TV, telephone, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace facing the street (D).

The approx. 40 m² apartments offer a separate bedroom with two single beds, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed, kitchenette, TV, bathroom/WC, hairdryer, and balcony (A12). Optionally available for single use (A11).
