Hotel Botánico & The Oriental Spa Garden

Location

This hotel, which has been privately owned since 1998 and is part of the "Leading Hotels of the World," offers views of Mt. Teide and the romantic ocean. It is located in the "La Paz" residential area in Puerto de la Cruz, in the immediate vicinity of the Botanical Garden. From the hotel, you have a magnificent view of the Atlantic with its picturesque coasts, the Orotava Valley, and Mt. Teide.
The Hotel Botánico is surrounded by a 25,000 m² beautiful park.
The town center of Puerto de la Cruz and the beach are only a few minutes from the hotel; a free shuttle service is offered by the hotel.
The famous Loro Parque, home to the world's largest parrot collection and a penguinarium among other things, is owned by the same owner as the hotel, is easily accessible, and a visit is a highlight of every tourist excursion program.

The hotel will be partially renovated in 2025 and has 212 comfortable Deluxe rooms and suites. The buildings are divided into a family area and an adults-only area; all hotel services are available equally to both buildings. The spacious lobby is connected to the breakfast area with a beautiful garden view and terrace, and features a permanent exhibition of paintings by Canarian artists, boutiques, a reading corner with a library, and a billiards room. In the middle of the subtropical garden, there is 1 heated freshwater pool with sun loungers, parasols, and pads, and a separate children's pool. Integrated directly into the hotel's garden is the 18-hole putting green on an area of 5,000 m² with a bunker and driving range. In addition to the pool bar/snack restaurant "Palmera Real," there are 4 à la carte restaurants to choose from: "The Oriental" with Oriental cuisine, "Il Pappagallo" with Italian/Mediterranean cuisine, "La Parrilla" with Spanish cuisine, and "Brunelli's Steakhouse" in Puerto de la Cruz. Half-board guests have a credit of €25 per person at Brunelli's, and the transfer there is provided by the hotel.
The hotel also offers professional facilities for events and incentives.

Superior Double Room - Adults Only

Bookable from age 16.
The renovated rooms, approx. 45m² in size, feature a king-size or 2 twin beds (on customer request), a sofa bed, 49-inch Smart TV, tea and coffee set, bathroom with shower/WC, as well as a dressing room connected to the bathroom, and a balcony.
The rooms are available with Teide view (DTU/DT1) or sea view (DMU/DME).
Also available as Type B with Teide view, only bookable with half-board (B2T/B1T), or with sea view (UMB/UMA).

Ambassador Junior Suites

Same facilities as the Deluxe Spa-View Double Rooms.

Equipped like the Penthouse Double Rooms, but with a living room and separate bedroom. The rooms are approx. 83m² in size and have a private terrace (approx. 68m²).

Senator Suite - Adults Only

These rooms are approx. 68m² in size and impress with their Oriental influences.
