Location

Owned by private individuals since 1998 and a member of "Leading Hotels of the World," the hotel, with views of Teide and the romantic ocean, is located in the "La Paz" villa district of Puerto de la Cruz, in close proximity to the Botanical Garden. From the hotel, you have a magnificent view of the Atlantic with its picturesque coasts, the Orotava Valley, and Mount Teide.
The Hotel Botánico is surrounded by a beautiful park area of 25,000 m².
The center of Puerto de la Cruz and the beach are just a few minutes away from the hotel; a free shuttle service is provided by the hotel.
The renowned Loro Parque, which houses, among other attractions, the world's largest parrot collection and a penguinarium, is owned by the same proprietor as the hotel, is quickly accessible, and its visit is part of any tourist excursion program.

The hotel will undergo partial renovation in 2025 and features 212 comfortable Deluxe rooms and suites. The buildings are divided into a family and an adults-only area, with all hotel services available to both sections equally. The spacious lobby connects to the breakfast area with beautiful garden views and a terrace, and includes a permanent exhibition of paintings by Canarian artists, boutiques, a reading corner with a library, and a billiard room. Amidst the subtropical garden landscape, there is 1 heated freshwater pool with loungers, umbrellas, and cushions, and a separate children's pool. Integrated directly into the hotel's garden is the 18-hole putting green on a 5,000 m² area with a bunker and driving range (for a fee). In total, besides the pool bar/snack restaurant "Palmera Real," there are 4 à la carte restaurants to choose from: "The Oriental" with Oriental cuisine, "Il Pappagallo" with Italian/Mediterranean cuisine, "La Parrilla" with Spanish cuisine, and "Brunelli's Steakhouse" in Puerto de la Cruz. Guests on half board receive a credit of €25 per person at Brunelli's, and the transfer there is provided by the hotel.

Superior Double Room - Adults Only

Bookable for guests aged 16 and over.
The approximately 45m² renovated rooms are located on the first floor of the hotel and feature a king-size or 2 twin beds (customer request), a sofa bed, a 49'' Smart TV, tea and coffee making facilities, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a dressing room connected to the bathroom, as well as a balcony.
The rooms are bookable with Teide view (DTU) or sea view (DMU).
