Situated on slightly elevated ground, with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the city or Mount Teide.
The Teide side is separated from a main road by the garden, and the city center is about a 10-minute walk (500 m) away via stairs; the "Lago Martiánez" seawater swimming pools are also about 500 m away.
There is a complimentary hotel shuttle to the "Martianez" shopping center from Monday to Friday and on Saturday mornings.
Tenerife North Airport is approximately 25 km away.

Additionally, there are well-maintained, well-furnished common rooms with a lounge and lounge bar, as well as a renovated buffet restaurant with views of the garden.
In the attractively designed garden area with renovated sun terraces, sun loungers, and parasols, you will find 2 freshwater pools as well as a renovated pool bar.

Superior Double Room

The approx. 25 m² rooms with parquet flooring feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, telephone, minibar (empty, included/refilling for a fee), TV (German channels), rental safe, air conditioning (seasonal/centrally controlled), Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony (DSU).
Optionally bookable with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (DSE/DME).
Also bookable as a Superior Double Room Type I (DSI) / Type A (DAS) or Superior Sea View Type A (MSA) at a special price. Type A rooms are only bookable with AI.

Magnus Double Room (18+)

With identical facilities to the Superior double rooms, the Magnus rooms feature additional bathrobes and slippers, a filled minibar upon arrival (water, beer, soft drinks), and are located in a prime position on the 7th floor. They also include coffee/tea making facilities, a safe (included), and access to 2 exclusive rooftops (one with a whirlpool) (PDZ).
Optionally bookable with sea view (2PM).

Junior Suite

With the same facilities as the Superior double rooms, these are slightly larger at approx. 31 m² and come with bathrobes and slippers. Additionally, there is a minibar (refilled upon arrival) and coffee/tea making facilities (JS2).
