Slightly elevated, with beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the town or Mount Teide.
The side facing Mount Teide is separated from a main road by a garden. The town center is about a 10-minute walk (500 m) via stairs, and the "Lago Martiánez" seawater pools are about 500 m away.
A free hotel shuttle bus runs to the "Martianez" shopping center from Monday to Friday, and on Saturday mornings.
Tenerife North Airport is approximately 25 km away.

It also features well-maintained, comfortably furnished common areas with a lounge and lounge bar, as well as a renovated buffet restaurant overlooking the garden.
The attractively designed garden area includes renovated sun terraces with loungers and parasols, and you'll find 2 freshwater pools along with the renovated pool bar.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the complex.

Superior Double Room

These approximately 25m² rooms with parquet flooring feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, minibar (empty included/refill for a fee), TV (German channels), rental safe, air conditioning (seasonal/centrally controlled), Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony (DSU).
Optionally available with sea view (DMU) or for single occupancy (DSE/DME).

Magnus Double Room (18+ years)

With identical amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, the Magnus Rooms offer additional bathrobes and slippers, a filled minibar upon arrival (water, beer, soft drinks), and are situated in a privileged location on the 7th floor (PDZ).
Also available with a sea view (2PM).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these are slightly larger at approximately 31m² (JS2).
