Location

This family hotel, which is part of the Mare Nostrum Resort, is located on the "Golden Mile" and is separated from the beach only by the promenade. Various shopping and entertainment options, shopping centers, a supermarket, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. It is about a 20-minute walk to the center of both Las Americas and Los Cristianos.

Facilities

This exclusively designed family hotel with 535 rooms is located within the Mare Nostrum Resort, which consists of two 5-star properties (Mediterranean and Sir Anthony) as well as a 4-star property (Cleopatra). Built in a semicircle over 6 floors, it offers a lobby with a reception, lounge areas, elevators, an international buffet with themed stations and show cooking, and 2 high-quality themed restaurants open in the evening: "The Coal" (charcoal-grilled meat) and "Diabolo" (Italian cuisine). The "Palapa" beach club is located directly at "El Camisón" beach (for a fee), and there are five bars.
The attractively designed outdoor area features a swimming pool, children's pool, sun terrace with loungers (towel service with deposit), and a pool bar, as well as a playground and a splash pool. Laundry service is available. Within the resort, there are additional bars and restaurants, an info center, conference rooms, and a boutique/cafeteria offering various quality products from the islands, with a seating area to enjoy a coffee.
Guests may use the facilities of all 3 hotels in the resort, with the exception of the pool area at the Sir Anthony. All gastronomic facilities and the wellness area in the respective hotels are available for a fee. The breakfast buffet at the Cleopatra Palace Hotel is available to guests free of charge (reservation required). Guests booking All Inclusive receive daily complimentary access to the fitness center, and those booking AI for 7 nights or more receive 1 spa circuit per person included.
