Location

The family hotel, part of the Mare Nostrum Resort, is located on the Golden Mile and is separated from the beach only by the promenade. In the immediate vicinity, you will find various shopping and entertainment facilities, shopping centers, a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. The center of Las Americas and Los Cristianos is about a 20-minute walk away.

Facilities

The exclusively designed family hotel with its 535 rooms is part of the Mare Nostrum Resort, which comprises two 5-star properties (Mediterranean and Sir Anthony) and one 4-star property (Cleopatra). It is built in a semi-circle over 6 floors and offers a lobby with reception, seating areas, elevators, an international buffet with themed stations and show cooking, 2 themed restaurants with high-quality food, open in the evening: The Coal for charcoal-grilled meats and Diabolo for Italian cuisine, Beach Club "Palapa" directly on "El Camisón" beach (for a fee), and five bars.
The attractively designed outdoor area features a swimming pool, children's pool, sun terrace with loungers (towel service against deposit), and pool bar, playground, children's pool, and splash pool. Laundry service is available. Within the resort, there are additional bars and restaurants, an information center, conference rooms, and a boutique/cafeteria offering various quality products from the islands, with a seating area to enjoy a coffee.
All 3 hotels in the resort can be used, except for the pool area of Sir Anthony. All dining facilities and the wellness area in the respective hotels are subject to a fee. The breakfast buffet at Hotel Cleopatra Palace is available to guests free of charge (reservation required). Guests booking All Inclusive have free daily access to the fitness center and, with AI for stays of 7 nights or more, 1x spa circuit per person is included.
