Location

The family hotel, part of the Mare Nostrum Resort, is located on the Golden Mile and is separated from the beach only by the promenade. In the immediate vicinity, you will find various shopping and entertainment facilities, shopping centers, a supermarket, bars, and restaurants. The center of Las Americas and Los Cristianos is about a 20-minute walk away.

Facilities

The exclusively designed family hotel with its 535 rooms is part of the Mare Nostrum Resort, which consists of two 5-star complexes (Mediterranean and Sir Anthony) and one 4-star complex (Cleopatra). It is built in a semi-circle over 6 floors and offers a reception area with a lounge, elevators, an international buffet with themed stations and show cooking, 2 themed restaurants with high-quality food, open in the evenings: The Coal - charcoal-grilled meat and Diabolo - Italian cuisine, Beach Club "Palapa" directly on "El Camisón" beach (for a fee), and five bars.
The attractively designed outdoor area features a swimming pool, children's pool, sun terrace with loungers (towel service for a deposit), and pool bar, playground, children's pool, and splash pool. Laundry service. Within the resort, there are further bars and restaurants, an information center, conference rooms, and a boutique shop/cafeteria with various quality products from the islands, including a seating area to enjoy coffee.
All 3 hotels in the resort can be used, except for the pool area of the Sir Anthony. All gastronomic facilities as well as the wellness area in the respective hotels are subject to a charge. The breakfast buffet at the Cleopatra Palace Hotel is available to guests free of charge (upon reservation). Guests booking All-Inclusive have daily free access to the fitness center and, for AI bookings of 7 nights or more, 1x spa circuit per person is included.
