Location

Located at the entrance to Playa de las Américas, not far from Los Cristianos and the golf course. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. In the vicinity, you'll find many small restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping opportunities. A bus stop is located very close by.

Facilities

The complex is spread across 2 buildings with a total of 46 residential units. It features a reception and a poolside snack bar. The pool includes an integrated children's pool for the little ones. Sun loungers are available free of charge by the pool.

Accommodation

Studios

The nicely furnished studios feature two single beds, a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a small refrigerator, a bathroom with bathtub or shower, telephone, satellite TV (free), a safe (rental), and a balcony. Also bookable for single occupancy.

Superior Studio

Same amenities as the studios, with a minibar (included upon arrival) and a coffee machine (capsules included upon arrival).

Studio with Solarium

With the same amenities as the Superior Studio, plus a sun terrace with sun loungers, towels, and a bathrobe.
