Location

Located at the entrance of Playa de las Américas, not far from Los Cristianos and the golf course. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you will find many small restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping opportunities. A bus stop is located in close proximity.

Facilities

The complex is spread across 2 buildings with a total of 46 residential units. It has a reception and a pool bar. The pool has an integrated children's pool for the little guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge.

Studios

The nicely furnished studios have two single beds, a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a small refrigerator, bath/WC with bathtub or shower, telephone, satellite TV (free of charge), safety deposit box for rent, balcony. Also bookable for single occupancy.

Studio Superior

Same facilities as the studios, minibar (included upon arrival) and coffee machine (capsules included upon arrival).

Studio with Solarium

With the same facilities as the Studio Superior, additionally with a sun terrace with loungers, towels and bathrobe.
