Location

The bungalow complex is surrounded by numerous bougainvillea and hibiscus bushes and is located in the heart of Playa de las Americas. The nearest beach, Playa de Troya, is only 400 m away, and numerous restaurants, bars, shops, and the "Siam Park" water park are nearby.

Facilities

The complex with 94 units in two-story bungalows has a pool bar, a swimming pool, a children's pool, and a sun terrace with loungers and sunshades (included). The reception is located in the "Paraiso del Sol" building. Furthermore, a surf bar with satellite TV, sports channels, and snacks (for a fee) as well as another pool in the "Paradero" section are available to guests.
Wi-Fi throughout the hotel complex (incl. rooms) included.

Studio

The studios, approx. 29m², are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with 2 single beds, satellite TV, telephone, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, bath/WC, rental safe, Wi-Fi, balcony or terrace (S12).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

Same facilities as the studios, but approx. 45m² larger and with an additional separate bedroom with two single beds (A12). Also bookable for single use (A11).

Studio Superior Paradero I

Same facilities as the studios, but renovated (2017) and located in the popular, quiet area of Paradero I. These rooms also have a shower (U2S).
